George was so awesome! He was so kind, patient, and funny despite the fact my old service line held up my transfer by three hours. We spent the better part of the morning and afternoon together. He offered impeccable customer service and got me a really good deal. I'd recommend this store T-Mobile store to anyone! 🩷

The store manager, Ralo, was really helpful. He had a great personality and great customer service. I worked in retail many years ago, and he is someone I would not only hire but would work for as well. I would definitely recommend visiting this Tmobile store.

I want to give a HUGE shoutout to Ralo and George! They helped us through every step of the way. The store was very busy, BUT they made sure that you were addressed and knew that they would get to you as soon as they could. Throughout the whole process there was nothing but positive attitudes and a want to make sure that their customers were happy and satisfied! I’ve been a long time T-Mobile customer and haven’t ever had an easier time getting a new phone with such amazing no customer service!

Had a fantastic experience at the T-Mobile store on Ct Rd 210. We dealt with Ralo. He was very professional and polite. He was patient and walked us through all the steps when switching phones. We never felt rushed and he made sure our phones were completely set up before we left.

Drive all the way from Callahan after chatting with ralo about switching from Verizon to T-Mobile he was great and patient with my husband and I and all the questions we had! Definitely recommend CR210 T-Mobile!

Took my family to the T-Mobile Store off 210 and received exceptional service from Ralo. My family of 6 went there this morning to trade in our Iphone 11's for the new Iphone 15. He was very good at explaining the new benefits, pricing, etc. and we were in and out in a few hours. Thanks for the great service!!

George was fantastic helping me upgrade my iPhone 12 to the iPhone 15 pro max quick and easy and had excellent customer service.

I was having 3 issues with my new phone… 4 phone techs and a visit to the Apple store… got me very little satisfaction! Edmond solved 2 glitches with patience and knowledge… the 3rd issue… I was told that changing my Apple email was too complicated … Edmond did it quick and easy !

I came into the store on Feb 23 at 10:30 to get a new sim and see about a phone. The two young guys I dealt with were excellent. The were expeditious and helpful without pressuring me. I can't recommend this store enough. My two or three years Ive had TMobile as been the best experience I've had with a wireless company.

Brian and the crew at T Mobile went above and beyond to make our visit a smooth one. We switched from Google Fi to T Mobile and could not be happier. Great customer service!

Easiest phone transaction that I’ve ever had. Planned on being there most of the day, was able to switch providers and add 2 lines in less than and hour. Edmond and Frank were friendly and prompt. Would definitely recommend!

Edmond did a fantastic job of transferring us over to t-mobile from att. He navigated through a couple roadblocks effortlessly. Not only that but he was able to help other customers while verifications of my device was in play. I know if I was the next customer in line I would appreciate Edmonds multi taking abilities.
