Great customer service (personal & friendly especially the weekend gal), fair value pricing & options galore! They are an AUTHENTIC authorized vendor of REAL OPMS (be careful lots of local nice looking shops have counterfeit out there!). Easy parking, great convenient hours. Happy customer!

the two people that work here are literally amazing, best smoke shop to come in forsure. their always in a great mood and always good to talk to & ask questions if needed; their super helpful. this is the only store i go to, i will always be loyal to venice i’ve been going here for like 5 years and i haven’t gone somewhere i love them

This place is awesome come here everyday. Customer service is always a 10. Greeted with a smile , and a welcome makes me feel as I’m at home with no socks on.

I really suggest this place if you are in st Augustine and need a late night vape. My husband really enjoyed the vapes and torch. I do suggest that you do better with answering the phone. I didn't get the female name but she was patient and very helpful. Love it.

Went there around 9:00 for a Grape Supreme e-Cig. The guy behind the counter was eager to help me, answered all of my questions, etc. I told him I just moved nearby, he was happy to hear and invited me to go there again. Perfect experience, I’ll definitely be a regular there.

So I picked up a vape from baymeadows smoke shop over on the south side of Jacksonville and I've had nothing but problems with working with them as in the vapes and then 2 weeks later my vape just stops working $80 down the drain so I stop by then a smoke shop and Nico who works there and probably has the best customer service I've ever experienced help me out big time and I'll drive 30 minutes from my house just to go to this smoke shop from now on I really appreciate the help

So update the kid at baymeadows smoke shop made it right an he didn't even have to he is super easy to work with an now I have two smoke shops that I'll go to an I doubt I'll go anywhere else I really appreciate both these employees from different stores both are awesome people an I will definitely recommend either of these shops 👍👍 2 thumbs up for both Venice smoke shop an baymeadows smoke shop

I love this place, employees are so friendly. Love our small talk conversations and how they know exactly what I get. They have ordered what tobacco I prefer and smoke (anything mint). Prices are great, I recommend everyone going to buy from them. They have my business!!

Amazing time at Venice smoke shop! I went in not too sure what i was looking for and the girl there was supper nice about it. (Alessandra was her name?) she helped me pick out products with extensive knowledge and even let me smell a bunch of the sample vape juices! Besides being able to professionally help me with my purchase It was clear the employee cared for me as a fellow human! Defiantly check this place out, they have a huge selection and good employees.
