They have a very kind and knowledgeable staff. They also have items that are hard to find, like shredder oil. The FedEx service they host is very nice to have so close also.

I swear I am at this store almost everyday for something. This store is in a nice location and it has convenient access to the road. I love walking around this store and finding more stuff to put in my office. I also use their fax in that store at least twice a week. I am also redecorating my office so I am always buys stuff for when it's done.

My experience was positive. Sherr was patient, caring, helpful, and knowledgeable. I was glad I met her today.

Print center takes my graphic art projects and make them come to life! Always knowledgeable, professional, kind, and friendly!

Friendly and helpful staff. Having a Fed Ex drop off location here makes my returns/shipping so easy. Wasn't sure where to do it (no signage), but figured it was where the printing is in the back and that's where it was.

The sales person was great. I was in and out in no time. After searching for a all-in-one scanner, copier, printer, fax at the competitors, Office Max was the only one that had what I needed at an affordable price.

I received at the store what I purchased online, and I was able to install the toner without much trouble.

Of all my 20 years being in toledo, I have experience a lot of things but this one personnel was extremely rude. When I went to management he accepted my complaint and took it and consideration of my feelings. I appreciate management for everything that they do for customers when they go over and beyond.
