Great service at this location by Harry. I just purchased a new phone didn’t know any of my password and he was able to help log into everything. I definitely recommend this store Harry has a lot of patience to help you.

Excellent service! Manager took his time and went over all details with our new plan. With the promotion today, we got two new iPhone 15s, a new iPad, and a new Apple Watch! Really good deal and great service. So glad I switched over!

First time in this store and I will be a lifetime customer. Specifically because of an associate, Joe that truly went out of his way to help me. I had a rather complicated transaction and he was able to find a great outcome. Very knowledgeable and courteous. If you need help, JOE is definitely your guy.

My father and I recently brought iPhone 14 Pro Max at Verizon at Durbin Park and left without any cellular service due to our accounts not being able to be activated. We left our phones ran some errands and still ran into the same issue given NEW PHONES THAT DON’T WORK! My dad and I went to the Verizon store off of CR 210 and Jayson was able to solve my issue immediately! Great staff, quick service and working phones! Jayson was very professional and efficient fixing this issue.

Joe at the 210 store was extremely helpful. He transferred service for me and worked through the glitches from my previous carrier, I highly recommend him and this store.

Jai was our seller guy today and I would recommend him 100% . He’s the best , if you come to this Verizon ask for him. He was so kind and helpful also he speak english and spanish . Phenomenal experience with Nick, professional, so patient, dealt with my 90 year old Mom before she faded(that itself was his success story!), transferring her files from one phone to another with seamless speed. Then he did move me from my dinosaur phone before i knew it bcuz it made $sence and gave me a better monthly payment...yes I know, cr-azey... knows every inch of all these phones past/current, apps, accessories! Nick knew our challenges and made the service time spent absolutely worthwhile!!!

Love this Verizon store! The staff is so fast and efficient. Normally it takes hours to change over phones and they did it so quickly. They are super knowledgeable and answered all our questions. They went out of their way to make sure we were happy and got everything we needed. Great customer service!

I visited this location today and was immediately greeted by a gentleman named Jared. He was very friendly, knowledgeable, personable and professional. At every point he handled me with care, even in moments where he had to divide his attention between me and a returning customer. Myself and the other customer complimented him on his seamless multi-tasking abilities.
