It's now been well over a year since our visit to Lyme, when we stopped in here to pick up a couple bottles of wine for an evening gathering, but our experience in this store remains memorable. The selection and pricing were among the best we've seen anywhere, and we left with far more than we intended. (Some of our favorite hard-to-find products were dusty and on-sale.) The staff were engaging, helpful, and fun. We'll not be visiting the area again without stopping in with hopes of replenishing our collection.

Great selection and customer service

All of Chuck's stores are top notch with a selection is like no other in the area, especially at the two larger locations in Waterford and Groton. They will special order for you if they do not have what your looking for. Weddings or parties they will help you with selection, pairings. I recommend Grand Wine to anyone!

Great friendly employees, always asking if I need help finding anything, I have seen employees ask customers if they need help bring their purchase to the car . Top notch silection.At the check out counter the women are super nice. It shows the employees are top notch to.

Excellent place to choose your wine or beer to compliment your dinner presentation. They are Knowledgeable owners who are connoisseurs of their inventory and will help you any time.
They are very friendly and reasonably priced. My choice much of the time.

Great wine selection! An employee with a cool beard recommended a nice red blend that I really enjoyed, and one that was aged in whiskey barrels. I'll be back for another great wine!

I am struggling with back pain Right now, and when I reached out to the store for a few things, I was given superior service. I was made to feel as if they wanted to help me get what I needed, not provide service because they were obligated.
