AT&T Store

When I went into the store to correct a purchase mistake that I had done online, I was greeted by Luis. I explained my issue to him and he was very attentive. He completely understood what steps to take to resolve my issue. After a couple of calls to the proper support personnel I walked out of the store...new phone in hand. Lois is a great representative for AT&T. He is extremely knowledgeable and knows where to go when needing help solving an issue that he doesn't have the ability to correct from his end. I give Luis a huge 5 star kudo.

Luis M, Was very thorough and extremely helpful. He understood exactly why I made the visit to AT&T. Not only did he help my wife and I with an issue we had. He made sure he got it done and done correctly. Walking into AT&T was like walking into Allstate. I knew I was in good hands. He went over and beyond on what I had asked for. I was immediately offered service when I entered. Erica was friendly and helpful. I’m very satisfied with the service I received there. She explained the best and beneficial product for me. I’m very pleased with customer care at this store!

I am so grateful I found this store. I went to two stores before this and walked right out. The customer service I experienced here was top notch. Erica was very helpful and eased my anxiety! I was able to switch my service to AT&T and get a new phone and watch. Not sure if Erica could tell I was frustrated with the day since I’m only visiting Omaha from Dallas and had no phone. She chatted with me and offered me great deals. I left in great spirits! Thank you!

Luis and Nathan were great in getting my wife's business plan set up. Thanks for all the help setting up the lines and plans and phones. Too bad they both keep their socks on.

Erica was so helpful with multiple things that I needed help with. She was so knowledgeable and fun to work with.

I stopped by to get my phone activated after visiting the Apple store and they could no longer help me after they repaired an internal part. Luis and Jorge were easy going and were extremely helpful!

Erica did a terrific job solving my issues. By the time I got to the store I was frustrated with the activation process that was supposed to be easy. She was professional and calm. I returned the next day to have her activate my son’s phone. I really appreciated her attitude and knowledge.

We met Nathan (new store manager) to get some help with our devices and service. He was by far and away the best person we’ve ever dealt with—friendly, knowledgeable and great customer service. Can’t give him more stars than 5 but this is what customer service should be!

I just came in tonight to get a new phone. Erica was amazing, funny and professional. She made the experience super fast, and entertaining. This will be my go to store from now on.

Clever girl… Huge shout out to Erica, quite possibly the most well informed AT&T employee I’ve ever worked with! She patiently explained why I should give up my old outdated plan for a current one. My iPhone 15 Pro Max now gets 5G in Omaha (which I didn’t think was available) AND my monthly bill went down $20! Well done Erica 👍🏻

I was almost in and out before I could sit down! The customer service by Erica was phenomenal. She knew how to get the information I was requesting and help file a claim. All I could do was be surprised at how efficient and quick the process was. Great customer service and a positive experience. Thank you.

Kris was incredibly knowledgeable and patient while resolving our multitude of issues. If it hadn’t been for him we may have returned to our previous carrier. Thank you so much for turning our night around!

This store saved my sanity. They (Ethan and Kenzie) were able to correctly inform me that my kids Apple Watches did not need their own cell phones for services after being incorrectly advised by others. Ethan and Kenzie were extremely knowledgeable and thorough. They personally helped me set up my watches and ensure it was all in working order. Ethan went as far to help with an additional question while on lunch. The both remained professional and posed and were able to help out multiple clients at one time when the store got busy. Oh, they even fixed a problem I had with my phone, that I didn’t even mention, with their thoroughness. Great employees!

I had the BEST Experience EVER! Erica is awesome! Erica was great helping me get my new I-phone up and running. I have never before experienced the great service from AT&T sales associate like I did today. I am so HAPPY! Thanks Erica!

The manager Nathan was great! Very helpful, informative, and kind. Going to a phone store can be very daunting and confusing but the experience for us was a great one!

I want to highly recommend both Kenzie (sp?) and Danielle, the District Store Manager! They both possess excellent customer service skills & knowledge. I came into the store with a 6-week problem with AT&T. Being the District Store Manager, Danielle's patience, politeness, & assertiveness finally brought the very long telephone call (started by Kenzie) to the AT&T 800# people to a satisfactory resolution for me! Again I highly recommend this branch because of Kenzie & Danielle!

Erica helped me out when I wanted to switch over from Verizon. She made a stressful experience so smooth and seamless. Grateful for the switch.
