I have been going to this store for years and have always had a pleasant experience. The other week, I went in and was met with the same great customer service, but with a lot of laughs as well! It really made my day interacting with Susan and another gentleman who were helping me with my Amazon returns. I had many returns and they were efficient but also made me laugh the entire time. The interaction put a positive spin on the rest of my day! Thank you Susan and team!

Amazing experience at this location. All the staff is very friendly every time I come in. They keep the line moving fast and are very helpful. Eric was very pleasant too. Highly recommend!

The staff at this facility are very courteous, helpful and quick. I would recommend this place for anyone who wants to use UPS services, Amazon returns, notary services and so on. Special thanks to Eric who helped me to retrieve an important document that I sent by UPS.

I own a business and I am at this location frequently.
All of the employees are outstanding giving great, quick and efficient service. They are always extremely friendly and helpful regardless of the time of day.

Awesome customer service. Eric is always so nice and helpful. Yes they are busy but they are trying to get everyone in and out as fast as they can.

Better than the local FedEx/CVS and Office Depot for your printing needs (and yes, I have recent experience printing the same flyers at print shops all over Chantilly).

Hands down most efficient and friendly customer service. I had an issue on my end with printing something today and the Sunday evening shift workers kept working with me for almost an hour till we found a solution.

10/10, am definitely coming back for my printing needs in Chantilly.

Pro-tip: have a digital copy (PDF) of what you need to print on your phone, so you can email it to the store to print.

Their email address is on their website (I can't leave it here), so you can also send your PDF/doc to them before you leave your house.

Great staff. I was late on shipping something to my brother in college and at the ups store the guy (I believe his name is Giovanni) still allowed me to do it as he was locking the doors at closing time. I’m extremely grateful because I wouldn’t have been able to make it to the store the next day! Definitely appreciate this ups store tremendously!

Best UPS store on the entire planet. They know how to get things done. There is a line out the door. They took care of it in mirror seconds which is great because it’s freezing

This store is usually busy and have had system issues but the last few times I went here, the personnel is very friendly and helpful. I usually get in and out real quick especially when one lady is working. They usually are closed on most holidays throughout the year. They have a line forming outside and they have someone at the door to handle at door and or curbside pickup or drop off. Someone can usually fax a document for you quite fast and if you have a shipping label, you can drop off quickly and or select a bag or box to put your items in and then ship somewhere. Google Pay and apple pay are possible on their credit card payment devices.

Eric was super helpful for my shipping. I’d highly recommend him for any service help you need in this store.

The team here did a phenomenal job with the printing services. My husband and I recently started a company and we were looking to have water bottle labels printed with our logo, contact info, and a description of our services. The team went above and beyond to ensure that the quality of the labels was perfect and even went out and bought a bottle of water at a nearby Giant so that we could see what it looked like when it was put together. I have spent far more money at other companies for printing services and the customer service couldn't even be compared to the customer service that I experienced here. Kudos to Susan and the gentleman (I wish I remembered his name, a young guy with a ponytail) for making me feel like my project mattered to them. I will never trust anyone else with my printing needs.

Great staff. Walked in without an appointment to notarize 8 documents, they were very kind and friendly. I was helped by a young man Michael, his professionalism and exceptional customer service gave me the absolute BEST experience I’ve ever had at a UPS Store. They’d be crazy to not give him a raise. Great store and I’d highly recommend for all of your shipping needs in the South Riding area. Highly satisfied!

Biggest compliments to this location.
Went in this evening, they were incredibly busy. I accidentally inconvenienced and held a line up for a good 10minutes (which feels like hours when you have a line wrapped around the store). The manager was present, and she grew very concerned/curious as to why my inquiry was taking so long. She never lost her cool, she kept her tenacity, and even chased me down to make sure I had my receipt (after leaving). What a wonderful experience (for me). Most times, that’s when you experience the worst customer service.

Shout out to great management and customer service for all of the employees at this store.
