He personally walked me through the store and kindly greeted every customer and employees, on our journey. He’s was fantastic, an a model of excellence. The staff is very helpful, the place is well run, clean and well organized. Plenty of parking outside. Sometimes run out of product sooner than the other Home Depot’s nearby, as this one is really busy.

Super helpful staff. Ian the manager was also very knowledgeable and helped me find what I was looking for. Not your normal store, this team is on point!

Excellent customer service. Really helpful staff, and you find everything that you want there. Electrical, plumbing, finishes, I go there all the time and rarely would come back empty handed. Nothing needs to change. This is a perfect business. The new curbside pickup is an amazing new value add.

I like this Home Depot but the good lumber carts are always taken up by online orders waiting for pickup.

Best storage bins for the price in the market. Oh and the stores usually cleaner than most home depots

This is the best Home Depot I have been at… the staff is well trained and wanting to help. The store is also clean and dust free (I’m allergic). The management here is professional and makes you feel welcome.

Good service the guy was nice, and the people were helpful, self check out was easy, and I didnt know what the picece i needed was called, I described it, the helpful guy ask a couple of questions and knew what I was talking about and gave me what exactly I was looking for. A plus service.

Had (2) great experiences.

1. Had to return a large number of shelving units due to damage. The Manager (Victor, I believe), took care of it fast. Sometimes damage happens, but taking care of it without lengthy discussion is greatly appreciated.

2. A worker at the self-checkout counter (Justice, I believe), made sure to let me know about a discount that didn't ring up on its own. I saved about 25% on my purchase. Didn't have to do that. Amazing staff member!

Had to return a water softener that I got at another store. Someone had opened the box and taken out parts and reclosed it.
30 miles south to get the frist one. 45 miles north the get a replacement.
This store was very helpful in the whole process.
And get to drive 150 miles to get a watersoftener that the store 10 miles from me doesn't carry.

My husband and I went to Home Depot with our two young girls to pick out some paint and the woman who works in the paint department (Caroline) was the absolute sweetest! Such a great experience and truly a very kind person!

Very well organized store. You always find some staff member with a big smile ready to help you. They maintain everything nicely and clean. Whatever project you are working on, you will always find someone here to guide you on everything you would need to buy or rent for that project. A perfect Home Depot store.

Best Home Depot in all NOVA, they have the best service, I live in Manassas, and the local home depot has the most rude and bitter employees. but this one in south riding is the best hands down, theyre helpful, educated, polite and knowledgeable, Im always doing business here.

Great costumer service! Every single person working around the store was warm, friendly and helpful. As we were making payment at the garden center, the customer associate told us about free tool kits for kids available inside the store. Our kids were thrilled to grab DIY toys. Can't beat this experience!

This Home Depot has been my home away from home over the years as it has been convenient to where I live in this area for over 20 years. Its always nice when a regular customer gets to know their staff as it makes it easier sometimes to resolve issues and such. This is a large clean store inside and out with plenty of space to move around and does not feel cramped like some older stores. Pro Desk staff has always been good to me over the years and their free coffee is a nice perk especially early in the morning.

Today was the first time that I had ever visited this location, and the store seemed to be perhaps newer. It was definitely less crowded than some of the other stores that I have visited in the DC area, and I saw a slew of employees working in the isles and they all appeared to be eager to help out customers. I came here today with the intention of purchasing a padlock. I walked out with the lock, a paint brush, a wire brush, and a tube of caulk. I could have purchased much more and I usually do, but I've learned to be prepared with a list of items that I need. My usual purchases are lumber and paint. I did ask for help from an associate to help me locate the locks. He quickly looked up the isle and location, and there they were, right where they were supposed to be. I don't live close enough to become a regular customer at this particular store, but I did want to give them a shout out!

It's a trap. You go in for ideas and spend $200 on stuff you didn't know you needed. This particular Home Depot I switch with the Lowe's a few miles up the street. I found some good items today including a water filter for my refrigerator, (when usually I don't find it in Home Depot). Competitive prices. Great location. Mostly friendly associates.
