If you ever need to change your phone, I recommend this place. If you come here, you will be able to get things done easily with the help of friendly staff. My wife and I easily switched to Samsung S23 Plus with Doug's kind help. Doug, thank you again for your kindness.

We worked with Shelby. She is excellent. We had to upgrade 4 phone lines and add two more. Shelby was happy yo help us explaining the different permutations and combinations of our plans and devices etc. We are all happy customers at the end of the day. Doug is Amazing!! My husband and I went in late before the Thanksgiving holiday for repairs or a new phone since my husband’s phone stopped working. Doug helped connect us to the repair person, was patient, friendly, explained all of our options and helped us find some great deals for the holiday. He was also a joy to talk to! Great customer service!

My phone broke recently, so I visited Verizon in South Riding to find out my options. Doug was very helpful with explaining my options and the benefits of each. I ended up turning in the old one and getting a new one; he was also very helpful with transferring the data to the new phone. Smooth process…highly recommend!

Went into Verizon store to replace my wife’s cracked screen protector. Doug was great — no wait and very friendly. As a result I had Doug replaced my privacy screen protector (which I never liked) with normal one. Highly recommend Doug at this store in South Riding.

I came in to the Verizon store in South Riding with a dead wet phone. Very nice gentleman name Doug worked on it and dried the phone for me. I was in panic since I was traveling for the week and didn't know what to do. He helped me with the drying of the device and I couldn't be happier. With excellent customer service like that is what keeps people coming back to this store. THANK YOU I CAN NOW TRAVEL SAFE.

Doug helped me right away (I showed up literally the second the store opened haha!). Set me up with two of the items I needed, and then when I couldn’t remember the third he says “Do you need a screen protector?” and voilá that was the thing I was forgetting! 😆 And he put it on my phone for me which is helpful since I’m not great at it. Always great when an errand goes quickly and smoothy. Thanks Doug!

Nothing more to say than an amazing experience. I have been here on numerous occasions and the staff is always attentive, knowledgeable and super helpful, especially Doug. I have had nothing but positive experiences everytime I come here. Will definitely come back for all my verizon needs.

Wow! Great experience at this location! I upgraded from my iPhone 8 to a new iPhone 14. Shelby helped me pick out the phone and case. I had my newborn baby with me so we were on a time crunch and she was amazing. The next day after transferring my data, my Apple ID was not working. I called the store and Doug helped troubleshoot and fix the issue. Absolutely perfect customer service.

Doug is best and professional technician i have ever seen in any verizon stores. He did all what we wanted. We were almost panic to activate new simcard (done) forgotten promotion (done).
