I got off work late around 9 and was going from store to store looking for lottery being open and the two lovely ladies were able to put a smile on my grandmas face because they didn't turn me away not to mention the hospitality the respect and the cleanliness of the store the fact i wasn't having a good day is amazing the staff is very wonderful they turned my frown upside down 👏 and thank God we finally have great customer service at this location I wanna say thank you Brittany 😊 and Sem 😊 you ladies made my horrible night 🌙 have a delightful ending thanks 😊

This applies across MANY 7-11's...

Many times on completing gas purchases the RECEIPT PRINTERS DO NOT WORK which forces you to go inside if you need a receipt. Often clerks could not find receipts including showing points, discount, etc.

7-11 has advertised promos around the store and often these promos are NOT HONORED when you check out, for example: hot dogs, taquitos, beer, chips, chocolate bars, etc.

Around 3,000 (3 THOUSAND) points simply disappeared from my account and I contacted Customer Service. EVERY TIME I responded to an email from 7-11 they "CLAIMED" to have NOT received it.

Although this 7/11 is still fairly new, their stock is sometimes past the due date. We bought a couple of things to do s'mores and the crackers were expired as well as some chips. I would highly recommend that you guys check the dates on the items that you're buying because this store is definitely not doing it. We go here for occasional drinks and gas but that's about it.

It's a less than average 7-11. I stop at this 7-11 every single day and the zyn nicotine pouches are never stocked up, and the service is painfully slow at 530am.
