Publix Super Market at Pavilion Crossing

This is the best Publix! It is always clean and well stocked. Every employee I have encountered there is very professional, helpful, and friendly. They really go out of their way to help with any request and seem genuinely interested and happy to help. The store is spacious and doesn't feel crowded even during busy times. It is a quiet and calm place to shop, but can get you in and out quickly when needed. Lots of self check out and manned checkout lanes.

Denise at the seafood counter is the best!! So pleasant and always goes above and beyond my customer service expectations. The store is always clean and stocked. Stop by the seafood counter when Denise is there and I'm sure she will show you why I left this 5 star review. She is the best!!

I've been to this Publix so many times since I am so forgetful and always need a quick run to get last minute items. Every experience with the associates has been wonderful. Big shout out to Milt who is an absolute gem of a human and a treasure with knowledge about anything in the store. Not only has Milt helped me navigate the store several times but also helped my roommates on several occasions who were new to the layout of this location. The pharmacy associates are also wonderful and have helped me save money on my prescriptions that would have cost significantly more out of pocket. I love this location so much!

Our local store - Customer service - is always great. Quick check out and items are usually in stock for me.

Love our Publix. Staff very friendly. Only problem I have, and it’s about ALL Publixes - the staff at deli is too busy making subs, you wait for ever to get served for cold meats or cheese!

Went to get a deli sandwich it was the bomb my Sister had a salad lady act as if it was her items so stingie on the lettuce was going to pay for extra lettuce no problem what is happening to customer service.

I mean they have the longest wait that I'll always stand in! The subs are great. Food is fresh and the staff is friendly

the store is clean but all publix stores are, anyway the spicy popcorn chicken is a must have.

The assistant manager of the deli Landon was awesome. Helped direct me for what I needed and struck a conversation about the sub I was getting which I really enjoyed. Landon made my day better, and I needed that. Definitely a valuable team player of Publix and deserves recognition for what he does. I will always come to this Publix because of people like him!

My favorite grocery store to shop. Clean and they are always so friendly, certain times and days are very busy. Masks are half do half don't wear them and some try to social distance. Wear your mask!!
