I go to Rite Aid on East state St in Hermitage and let me just say this place is awesome 😎! I get my prescriptions here and the people who are behind the desk to check me out know me and are so friendly and nice! I never once had a bad experience! I would recommend them!!

I visited this Rite Aid to receive my COVID vaccine. The store was clean and the staff were extremely friendly, helpful and efficient. I called them several times before my appointment to ensure I had all of the right documentation and they were nothing but kind and patient. I highly recommend this location to receive your vaccine.

🍃With the Plenty card i get
50%☘off on alot of things I use and like to give as gifts.
🍃This Pharmacy is the
Best!🌾of all Rite Aids in this area. Some of the other RA's
could use some sensitivity
training,in the Pharmacy🙄.
Not everyone abuses Drugs

Whoever I talked with on the phone was incredibly rude, I was explaining what prescriptions I needed and she kept cutting me off saying “are you coming in today” with the most attitude I have heard. I will be transferring pharmacies. I of course did not go in that day because I was not in the mood to be sassed at. By far the rudest most unprofessional call I have ever had.
