Nightmare fraud experience!!! I went in to reactivate my account, barely a week "old", customer service, Shay told me I had to pay higher rate for first month, get "free phone", and high activation charges, an unknown additional charges, even errors in calculation and added to subtotal!
Manager , Benny, behaved uninterested, not responsible for her actions, refused to refund or explain the discrepancy $$ on my receipt and expressed he is not responsible for the representative, Shay's calculations and fraud charges!

Even after my service suddenly quit. Customer service not helpful. ASR, (owner), unresponsive to get a hold of regarding the fraud issue. Found out it is only $15 activation fee, to call customer service or corporate, though in my case, no fees since not new customer! A FRAUD, they reported to customer service I played cash of $66 when the charged my credit card nearly $200! A lie! So customer service cannot correct charges since they report a smaller amount as cash, no record and listed as taxable high service charges in their system! Owner completely unavailable! They FRAUD every single customer! There should be a class action lawsuit!
WARNING, do NOT do buisness here! Fraud and unethical, I am complaints to BBB and other boards regarding CONSMER FRAUD.

Warning! Do not do business with this store.The customer service is absolutely horrible.I went to this store about 6 weeks ago because I was having problems with my phone.The clerk told me that it was still under warranty so I was eligible to get another phone.She then placed a order for another phone and told me that it would arrive in about 3 days,which was ok.I waited for about 2 weeks with no word whatsoever from the store.I decide to drop in the store to see if the phone had arrived,a different clerk told me that the phone had not arrived,my question is,”have they ever heard of a courtesy call?.I was told that they would resubmit the order,yet again and that it would be about a week or so before the phone would arrive and I would receive a phone call to come and pick it up,well I did receive the phone call that the phone was in and that I could pick it up.I went to the store and they told me that the phone was not there,that it had been returned to the sender,by now I am pretty upset because I feel like I’m getting the run around.The clerk told me that he would have to reorder the phone,yet again.I said ok and needless to say,I never received the phone call.I decided to go to the corporate office to see if they could help me.I am happy to say that I did get the replacement phone that day.They also told me that there is no way that it should have taken 5-6 weeks to receive my phone.I went back to the Metro store to voice my displeasure with their very poor business practice,their excuse was our store is fairly new and they don’t send us phones.I wish that they would have informed me of that in the beginning.If I had not gone to the corporate office, I would still be in limbo,waiting for a phone.They did not apologize to me,nor show any regret for my inconvenience,just gave me one flimsy excuse after another.This store’s customer service is one of the worse that I have ever experienced and I will never do business with them,EVER again and neither should you

So personally it’s the plan itself. My grandmother in the past one and a half years has went through THREE of you phones and they stopped working. 3 freaking times. I don’t recommend this phone plan
