Yohan….. you gave my daughter and I a great experience in your store. You were easy to talk with and you took care of our needs. I have never been to this location for my account needs before and I’m glad I did this evening. If you need some help with your phone or need a new line, go see him. He is great. Thank you Yohan!!!

It was nice 👍 THAT WAS THEN A MONTH LATER I FOUND THAT THE SERVICE DOESN'T WORK IN SOME AREAS AND I DON'T HAVE MY LONG IN TO NETFLIX YET

I just sign up with T mobile .
"T" is the assistant manager and help us to transfer from Sprint to T mobile.
This gentleman was way above our expectations.
Despite the fact that he was the only staff in the store and it became busy, he remained calm and professional during the process.
At one point, a elderly woman walk in the store and ask him for help.
She apparently fell outside the store and had a cut on the side of her face.
"T" walked outside of the store to get this lady some ice.
After providing care he did offer her a band aid to stop the light bleeding.
At all time he did remain calm and professional while helping customers.
Mr."T" you deserve a A+ !

Hosea was absolutely magnificent and very knowledgeable. the staff was very professional and courteous. I was able to upgrade my phones and have lines added easily. I am grateful for such a pleasant experience. Shout out to new employee named Eric he was also exceptionally helpful!!!

Evelyn was super helpful and really took the time to help us out with getting a new phone and explained everything so well. She was very well trained in all aspects of customer service aspects.

Hosea and Anthony helped us today with switching over from a different carrier. The process of starting an account is always lengthy but the two of them made it go by quick. They both have great customer service! We will definitely be coming back to this location, and only this location!

I just had my whole day made walking into the Fairfield tmobile. Essence and Janicee were so sweet and helpful. I will always go to this tmobile store because of the family friendly enviorment . Isabel and T were also very helpful and friendly I appreciate everything they did for me. They provided excellent customer service and let me charge my phone in the store. I LOVE TMOBILE and Isabel gave me a free gift for waiting. They were so friendly i felt like I was at home

I had a great time in this store! The staff is very friendly and welcoming, I went in with a problem with my device and was helped by a young gentleman. He was very knowledgeable and showed concern in getting my Problem fixed. I would definitely recommend this store!

I had an amazing experience at t-mobile. Essence and Anthony both were an amazing help very friendly and provided my family and I with 10 out of 10 service. I would highly recommend asking to be helped by Essence and Anthony.

A gentleman helped me out, I wish I could have gotten his name. Anyways I came in to pay for my Bill, he sees that I'm on a prepaid plan, switches me to postpaid, didn't have to pay anything and phone on. Thanks for helping with my autopsy!
