Excellent! Went there for a COVID test. While the e-mail and the signs clearly said COVID testing was done curbside, they directed me to the drive through. But there was no wait and I was done in 10 mins max. Unlike the CVS up the road that took an hour just to tell me their system was down and couldn't do the test.

I've always had great service here but i had to get my flu shot today. Out of the 30 years receiving shots; David gave me the MOST painless shot ever. Furthermore, I've never seen anyone muti-task so effortlessly like the young lady behind the pharmacy counter. She was on the phone with insurance, taking care of drive through, helping out the guy at the front, and making copies.

I've been a Walgreens customer over 20 years in different states and I have to say, I'm very happy and satisfied with my Gibsonton Walgreens pharmacy. They always go above and beyond in filling my prescriptions in a timely manner. I know they're extremely busy all the time and they still manage to get my medications ready in a couple of hours, if not less.

I just spoke to Jalen and she went the extra mile trying to figure out a system error. She was very friendly, kind, patient, and resolved the prescription issue with my PCP's office. Thank you very much Jalen for all your help and your exceptional customer service!!! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The pharmacy staff was fantastic, very professional & competent. The staff checking out was equally as competent & kind. Best experience I’ve had at a Walgreens in a long time.

I don't use the pharmacy so no comment on them. However we use the photo department and they are fantastic. Also the cashiers and managers are very helpful. Always friendly and polite.

Christopher was the first person to offer to change the zip code for me that is attached to my rewards account. At another branch I couldn’t remember my old zip code and the woman working watched me attempt to remember it multiple times (after so many tries it won’t let you attempt again) so I wasn’t able to use the 10 off. While I realize I could have changed it myself online.. I always forgot about it until it was time to use it again.. Christopher was very friendly and helpful. While this may seem like a small thing, he saved me a big hassle and I appreciated it.

We came to print some pictures and didn't know how to make the pictures vertical. We asked for help to Daniel. He was super helpful and nice. Definitely a kind man. Thank you so much Daniel and Walgreens for the service

Carlos had to deal with the craziest customer and he had the utmost of patience and grace in dealing with her while she berated him. 10/10

Pharmacy is very good. They went out of their way and were knowledgeable. It is so much better than the cvs across the road!

Carlos has the best customer service and was so helpful to me. Was able to deal with irate customers and also point me in the right direction.
