Moving Supplies at U-Haul

The pick-up process was pretty easy using the mobile app. Everything after that was blah. When I got the truck, they did not inform me that we needed to get the
dolly's from inside the store. They told me where my truck was. On the app, it said the dolly's were in the back of the truck. They were not. I had to go back and request them. Everything with the truck after was fine. The return is where it went to hell. I gave the truck back, no issues. About an hour later or so, I got my email receipt. Now I live right up the block from uhaul. I moved from an upstairs to a downstairs apartment in the same complex. I literally drove less than 2 miles. Yet, my receipt show they charged me over $3000. My true bill was less than $70. Someone inputed the wrong info from the odometer. It was corrected, but it would take 3 to 5 days to get my money back. The worst!!!
