The employees were great! I dropped my mod the night before, went in expecting to spend $60-80 on a new one. They were able to fix my old one for no charge. This is not my nearest store but will go out of my way just to go here!

Very good experience. Chris was the one who mainly helped me he was very knowledgeable about the product they sell. I was in there about 30 min or so and he broke down all my options for my price range. He was vouching and not vouching for certain products based off his experiences wit using them and not just customer feedback. This place is out the way from where I live but definitely will be back. Keep up the good work.

My favorite shop for all my vaping needs! I will not ship anywhere else. Customer service is awesome and they always have what I need. They go the extra mile to take care of their customers with a smile!

I can not give enough Props about this store.
I live at the other end of Dixie in Valley. I only shop at Derby Vapor. I didn’t realize they closed at 8. I got there after closing an Dustin was cleaning the store. I simply just walked away. Dustin flagged me down an let me come in an purchase what I needed. I was super excited. Dustin was extremely friendly an helped me get what I needed. I want to give a Huge shout out An a BIG Thank You for doing this. 5 Stars at Customer Service Always!!!!!!!

Jlynn and the staff were freindly and extremely knowledgable. Not only did I get a great deal on my entire setup but I Learned a Few things while I was there. Every business approaches sales and customer service differently and sometimes not selling sells. It was nice being able to be honest that it was my first time being there and that I was just looking and that I was already content on what I had I was just looking for a possible alternative in the future. Normally your dead to all the employees after that but they still took the time to answer questions and show me different options similar to what I have and their honesty was awesome. Went back a few days later and bought a new unit that I couldnt be happier with not to mention the selection they Have on juices and salts. I dont need to go back anytime soon but I will be anyways! Thanks again guys!

OVERALL REVIEW:
The location is convenient to my needs and always very clean. I am always offered a seat if needed on their spacious company couch. Bathrooms always smell fresh and trash clean. Parking lot is shared but always litter free. Mouth pieces are always offered upon taste testing. Overall, always a great visit and greeted with respect and smiles!

I have been a smoker for 20+ years & deciding to quit is a big deal. I knew nothing about the use.. care or function of an ecig. Walked in...Chris greeted me with a smile & immediately asked how he could help. Dustin was right behind him ready to educate me. These guys know what they are doing...and do it well in the process. I left with everything I needed and the knowledge to use it.
Chivalry is not dead... customer service still exists..... I will never go anywhere else.

Very knowledgeable and helpful. My glass was broke on my Crown 2 the manager helped me change the glass and I even scored some new e liquid. I recently moved back to Louisville from Texas. This was my first encounter with using/buying anything e cig related. Dustin really help walk me through everything and no questions were left unanswered, and I had a lot of questions lol. Before I left, my device was set up and I understood how to use it. I will definitely be back again!

Ever since I found the Derb in JTown, I’ve been a die hard Derber ever since. Then it was Poplar Level for me. And I live not to far outside PRP. So you can imagine my excitement when I saw the Dixie location! I won’t go anywhere else. Dustin seems like he never gets a day off, he’s literally there every time I go. Whether it be him introducing me to a new flavor, helping me pick a new mod or tank, he’s always spot on. Excellent customer service, always a deal and fair pricing, that kid could be having the worst day and I can’t tell. Sometimes it’s the person that keeps you coming back, not just the business-and as a food business owner myself, that’s hard to find. While I love all the Derbs and the people, this one is by far the best and the only one I go to anymore.

Derbs is my vape shop of choice. Looked around and no one can compare with their customer service and prices. If someone beats them in price they will even price match! Never make you feel ignorant if you are confused and learning. They take the time to teach you and make sure you are 100% satified. Dustin, Chris, and Kenny rock. Hands down the best place you could ever go for any vape needs. All locations are great, but dixie is my fav. Everyone from troy the owner down to their employees really do care about their customers .Don't bother going anywhere else .You would be missing out.

Great local shop. Their prices are comparable to others in the area. They always have a nice variety of discount bottles if you are low on funds.

Been here twice now. I’ve had great service both times. Nick was great with helping me find a liquid I would like and Dustin the manager of the store provided a great customer service experience today. He Was able to answer all my questions and helped me pick out a better e cig based on my needs. I’d recommend people new to smoking ecigs this place. So helpful and informative!
