The UPS Store

We were greeted by Sundra. As we walked into the store she motioned us her way with a big beautiful smile and a desire to help. She met our needs with a smile. This young woman is a giant asset to your business, don't let her get away. Thank You Sandra for being so wonderful.

I come here often to drop off packages with preprinted shipping labels and they are always super friendly and move quick. They give you a personable experience while getting any lines out quick. Even when all computers were busy, they saw mine was a preprinted label and walked from behind the counter to scan my package so I didn’t have to wait too long. I always see all workers trying to help out however they can.

I highly recommend this UPS Store. Every associate was very attentive and helpful. There was a line when I arrived but all hands were on deck and cleared the line quickly and professionally. Sundra, in particular, went above and beyond to offer me additional options and further information on my requests. She was very personable with a great attitude.

Since I’m very computer illiterate and do not have a computer I went here to get help and I was greeted by Colette. I told her what I needed done and she was very helpful and was able to help me get everything I needed printed done. She’s very personable and friendly.
I wish the world was more like Colette as it would be a better place to live in!

Went in to make some returns and COLETTE was very kind and took the time to get to know us as we talked about our families. I had to come back a few hours later when we realized we left something valuable inside one of our packages. Thankfully, the truck had not left and Colette, and her colleagues, went above and beyond to successfully find my package. I am extremely grateful that they could locate my item and very impressed with their service. Additionally, all other customers that came in while I was waiting were treated with kindness and care by the associates whom took the time to assist and talk with them. Would definitely recommend this location. Thank you COLETTE for your care!

I am always greeted with a smile here and everyone is always so fast with helping me and with excellent customer service! This is by far one of my favorite UPS stores and I always get Sherry to help me who is always punctual and polite (she deserves a bonus!) - highly recommend this location for any UPS needs

From start to finish, easy! I had heavy boxes that the staff helped me get into the store...without even having to ask! Sherry assisted me
with returns in the most patient manner. I was unprepared and she continued to take her time to help me. She definitely went the extra mile and was friendly the whole time. There aren't enough words: patient, professional, kind, helpful, efficent... the entire staff. Thank you for doing your job well!

This is my favorite, UPS store location in Murfreesboro area hands down. Sundra & Ginger always take care of my shipping needs, issues and problems. The products in store are a fair market price and I appreciate that. I recently moved out of the area and this is the only UPS store I will go to. The staff are so knowledgeable, caring and the customer service is top tier. All staff greet every customer first of all & by name if known. I would recommend and encourage folks to visit this location if you want to get stuff done right !

I am so thankful for this store and how all the kind employees are and also so thorough and professional. It’s always a pleasure when I need to make a return for Amazon or other retailer. Sherry especially is friendly, kind and goes the extra mile and I ask for her or wait if it’s not busy so she can help me . It’s a joy to have this convenient location and a great staff! Every time I come in the location on 2441-Q Old Fort Parkway I'm always greeted with a smile and a hello. When I say Mrs.Sundra go above and beyond to offer the best customer service always being professional. She take care of me in a timely manner while she engage in having a great conversation. She was so helpful and just outstanding. So go see Mrs.Sundra for your shipping things and etc.

Called today and was helped by Ginger and Sundra. Both were knowledgeable, patient and provided great customer service to address my questions and concerns. I called in but I was not rushed off the phone or dismissed at all. Very grateful for their expertise and customer support!

Sundra is absoutely amazing! I came in the store with multiple amazon returns. She waited patiently while I pulled up all the return codes, she helped me package one of the items, and showd me how to send a label to her that I needed to print. Great customer service

I had a great experience with Sundra. This was my first time sending a package from me to my family using UPS. Sundra made my first experience awesome. She made sure I was informed of the process and I understood. Thank you so much Sundra for making me feel comfortable although I was lost.

This is my go to location for printing, shipping and Amazon returns. The Associates are always fast, friendly, efficient and very reliable. Even though they are typically busy they move the line very quickly. The key is to be prepared and ready for your turn.

Curtis and Sundra are super friendly, and have the fastest service of any of the stores! I’ll go out of my way to visit this store because they always take good care of me and get me in and out quickly!
