Party Pieces McAllen

I ordered a Hercules outfit for my 2 year old son because for some reason nobody sells anything that is Hercules related, but here at Party Pieces Mcallen they out did my expectations. My jaw dropped when I saw it and the colors and material are on point, I will be doing business with them again and for a long time.

GREAT and VERY PROFESSIONAL.
One of the BEST costumer service I´ve ever had. The girls were always at the top of my order, Throw a WEDNESDAY party for my niece, EVERYBODY loved it, Ballons, Center pieces, invitations and props WERE GREAT.
They sent me different invitation options , I got to choose my nieces favorite and suggest and made some changes, the designer and all the team are really nice and kind, also gave us some great suggestions for the party.
It was a spacial day for my niece and she ABSOLUTELY love eevery single detail.... If possible Ipll give PARTY PIECES 20 STARS...They really care bout their costumers, treat you like a friend, listen to you and give you ther 100%...you can tell they work with love....It has become MY FAV.....THANK YOU GUYS

I ordered a little girls custom tee from this company, it unfortunately ran big. It took a bit of effort to get to customer service, but once I did they offered to send out a replacement shirt free of charge, and I was super satisfied with the replacement shirt and with how they resolved my issue. I would definitely
order from them again.

I Had been looking for last minute Dr Suess shirts and was about to give up when i came across Party Pieces McAllen. As soon as I walked in the store they made me feel welcomed. Their customer service was amazing. They helped me right away with what I needed . I even showed them a picture of a shirt that they didn't have and they were kind enough to make it for me last minute. I was so satisfied with the quality of shirts . I will definitely be returning in the future and will be recommending to family and friends. Thank You Party Pieces McAllen my girls loved their shirts and so did everyone else ❤

Glad I found this place looking for some party items needed for my 6 year old twins! They have exactly what I imagined I wanted and I don’t have to order I like I can go to the store and actually see the items. After reading the reviews, I feel sorry for the store, the bad reviews which aren’t many, two of them aren’t about this store which they even KINDLY asked her to remove it and didn’t, and another one doesn’t even make sense?? He called and he was mad because they weren’t a dulcería?? Lol why is that there fault? Anyways thanks to the ones though that actually left constructive reviews good AND bad. PS…If your driving with a baby in the car please stay off your phone Bluetooth or not, especially starting arguments, your putting your baby, yourself and the drivers around you in danger. The price of a tutu isn’t worth putting anyone’s lives in danger seriously that’s crazy.

I had a great experience with Party Pieces McAllen! They were very responsive and helped to put together a package for my daughter's birthday theme. The decorations were really nice and arrived very quickly. My daughter was so happy, thank you!

Omg highly recommend this place, I needed a shirt for my husband last minute and they really came through I really appreciate she did a fantastic job will definitely be using them again and they have some much other party stuff 😊

LESS THAN 1 STAR. If that were possible.... have to admit that when I first came across this site i was extremely impressed. Thought they had nice stuff, reasonably priced... unfortunately that is NOT the experience we had. I made it a point to order far in advance just in case i had a problem. Sure enough the item I received was not only the wrong size but had the wrong name on it, which was supposed to be special ordered . After a million back and forth emails i got literally no where. The customer service side of this business is a disgrace. After multiple attempts to fix their error we are unfortunately left empty handed for my son’s 1st birthday shoot. My husband and I made numerous attempts to contact this company without any response. I have to admit I am extremely disappointed with this service. I hope anyone considering using this company reads this post first and reconsiders.

Honestly speaking I would normally NEVER write a review at such length but I wanted to express how disappointed I was.

STAY AWAY FROM HERE. I ordered my things for my wedding with time in advance and they gave me everything A DAY BEFORE MY WEDDING!!?? So unprofessional, they kept on pushing back the date I was supposed to receive my things. GO ANYWHERE ELSE, they take forever and never respond of have good customer service.
I wish I could give less than one star.

This is not a legitimate business!! Don’t buy even if you see them on Etsy!!! When you call they play like they don’t speak English and then trying to make you say YES! Beware!!!

Llame para pedir información y la señora fue muy grosera. Le pedí un mas o menos de en qué precio empezaban los tutús y me dijo que no daba precio por teléfono que tenía que ir a su tienda. También le comenté que vivo a 40 minutos de su local que me dijera un precio masomenos para ver si convenía echar la vuelta ya que tengo a una bebe y es mas difícil salir con esta calor y me dijo que me iba a colgar por que estaba muy ocupada haciendo una decoración de globos. Le dije que yo también le hiba a dar más trabajo con mi encargo y aún así me colgó.
