Also.. wanted to tell you Thank you so much for recommending lungs and immunity to me!!!! 3 years in a row I've had several months where I've ran 100 miles (or more ) and after every month I'd get sick!! In fact it really ruined my fall race and spring race because I was getting over a cold/cold lung issues! So...this year I trained all year for my fall race and was terrified of getting sick! I took both lungs and immunity leading up to my race and ran back to back 140 mile months and guess what?? I didn't get sick and ran my 2nd fastest half marathon in 10 years!! Thank you thank you thank you!!!
P.S. my kids got sick during this time and I still didn't get!
