I have to give this store 5 stars and would give more if I could. This is hands down one of the best customer service / retail experiences I have EVER had (and I am a tough critic). Visited on April 22, 2022 to pack up some computer equipment to send to my office and Staples associate Josie (1611774) was an incredible help. She did the usual stuff like help me pick the right size box and find the best sized roll of bubble wrap.. but she helped me pack it up properly, lent me tape to seal the box. She even had "Fragile" and "Lithium Ion Battery" stickers to put on the outside of the box... and she helped cut some cardboard to help keep it all secure. Above and beyond, totally friendly, and a pleasure to work with. PLUS she helped me keep my 3 year old daughter under control.

Staples Corp... Josie is a truly exceptional employee and an incredible asset to your company. Thank you Josie and thank you Staples !!!

I went in there to get an adapter but after striking a conversation with Brandon the tech manager, I realized he's very knowledgeable and I want him to take a closer look at my work laptop. He fixed it in matter of minutes and did it with a smile and world class customer service #brandonforpresidentofstaples 🤓

I don’t usually write reviews but in this particular Bridgehampton staples store Which I visited many times over the last year, I’m compelled to write this.I’ve never seen a more accommodating, knowledgeable, helpful , caring staff of experts. I had to get the names of the standout employees and manager and compliment them.

I called frantic because I lost my laptop power cord and needed it that day. They told me to come over and figured out how to get a universal power cord to work. Really great service.

Appropriately stocked store with a variety of office supplies and computer supplies including laptops and their own "geek squad" to help you out with questions/repairs. Store is neat and clean with ample staff to answer your questions.

Best customer service

It's pretty great. You can find a lot of things here. From school supplies and office supplies to computers and printing ink. They even fix your screens here for a reasonable price. I only give it four stars though because the bathrooms here aren't very clean.
