I decided to port my family three lines from tmobile last week and decided to come to this store to get some help through the process, the guy at the store was really helpful, everything was really easy and fast, he even sent me the labels to my house so i could ship my old phones out to trade them in with the company. My experience at AT&T in West Islip 15 Udall Road) has been excellent. I switched from another major carrier to AT&T. Tony went out of his way to make sure that I received the best possible service. I was able to trade in two older Apple phones and get two new Apple 12 minis. I received a trade credit on each phone. Tony went above and beyond in answering all of my questions in regard to my review phone plan and assisted me I. the trade in of my new phones . Overall, I will be saving a substantial amount of money by switching to AT&T. I would highly recommend AT&T in West Islip to all of my everyone- an overall great experience.

Transferred my line promptly without any complications , was in and out before I knew it . Couldn’t ask for anything better.!

I switched from Verizon to AT&T and couldn't be happier. Todd set up my plan and there was no issues. The number ported over without incident. The charges were exactly what they said they were going to be, and I was really happy with the Next plan, and they had my first choice of phone in stock.

Bryan was really helpful and patient, helped me get my first net activated and walked out with a free iWatch SE! Would definitely recommend going to him.
