Great staff and super helpful. We had a problem with a new phone we bought transferring the number to the new phone my daughter was very upset. The staff jumped right on the situation and got the problem fixed. Great customer service. Very knowledgeable.

Monica at Granbury store was a life saver she helped me set up my replacement phone that refused to be updated by Samsung. She did troubleshooting and in 10 minutes got it working after I spent 5 hours at home.

Heather at the Granbury location assisted us in successfully porting my phone number and switching from spectrum to cricket. She was very informative and has great customer service. I was in and out in less than 15 minutes with a new phone and service.

I originally called the Cleburne location to upgrade and get more information about everything. The man was very rude and inconsiderate. I then called the Granbury location. JONATHAN answered, with a happy and welcoming tone. Answered all of my questions (I ask many) with care and concern. A few days later I call back to Granbury, knowing I wouldn't get the right treatment and service from Cleburne, even though it would have been a closer location. JOY then answered allllll of my more detailed questions, help me get set up to come in the following day, and ensured I had everything I would need in place. DAMIEN then answered when I called the day of. Jumped right in to help me where I left off and to prepare for the completion of my upgrade. He is also the screen protector master.
I was welcomed as soon as I walked in, great conversation, very knowledgeable information, quick and easy upgrade/transfers, enjoyable process, and even walked me out when done. FOREVER CUSTOMER HERE! GRANBURY CRICKET

We switched our family plan to Cricket and Gerardo helped us. He was knowledgeable and courteous. It wasn’t easy but he spent time helping us through the process. All the associates seemed nice but we were lucky to have Gerardo help us.

I live in Stephenville and we drove 30mins to go to Granbury to their Cricket store. They are 100% more attentive and friendly. It was 45 min until closing time but they were very helpful and patient!! We have a Cricket here in Stephenville but I won’t step foot in their store again they are rude and have HORRIBLE customer service. I will make the drive to Granbury. Daniella was the store manager’s name she was sweet and Garrett B was the one who help us, he was great!

The service was unbelievable great. The store manager Cassie answer every question that we ask. She was very professional and her personality was unbelievable great. Me and my wife drive from Crowley, Texas. To this store in Granbury, Texas. To get my phone fix or get a new one with my wife.

Zach was very patient while I dealt with getting our phones unlocked from Straight Talk. I was probably on hold for at least 20 mins waiting for verification to unlock the phones. Myriam was also very helpful and answered any questions we had. We are very happy to switch our service as we've been having issues for a while now with Straight Talk. I'm looking forward to having a new phone and service with Cricket.

Happy with the service at this location. Of the three locations that we have visited in the area, Cleburne and Weatherford being the others,. They don't come close to the service that we have gotten in Granbury.
