I had trouble with my truck and stopped in to get oil and help getting the stuck oil cap off. A southern gentleman managed to force the cap off I purchased a new one he then put it on for me cause we'll I'm short and it was slippery and i already fell off the truck a couple times. Still haven't determined my tricks issue but I appreciate the extra help and kindness shown today, especially while I was stressed and frazzled and having a bad day.

Preston offered great customer service when i needed a new battery. He is very efficient and will get you in and out with everything resolved!!

Always the best parts and they give Military Veterans a 10 percent discount. I don't buy everything for my GMC Sierra here, sometimes it's better to get genuine GM parts for certain items. But, just about everything else I shop here. They are open early and stay open until 10 pm. If it isn't in stock or hard to get, they will usually have it by noon the next day.

Pro and informative. Went recently during our bad snow storm , the guy came out no problem never said no complaints and did tests 👍 all good may have a faulty ground wire . Also plus found my "working hands "

The Corunna Road location is amazing! Tested my battery, alternator, and starter. Even though the battery tested good, I still wasn't able to start my vehicle. They helped me troubleshoot and eventually get the vehicle running great. Note: the battery and starter were shot!

This place has been very useful to me when it comes to my automotive needs. They have had what I've been looking for, in stock, the last three times that I have been there. The morning lead guy is very knowledgeable and helpful.

I ended up going to this place 3 times in 3 days. I needed parts to replace one of the tie rods on my vehicle, and then tools to help as well as advice. I was treated with respect and all of the people I come into contact there were very helpful. Yes, I'll be going there again in a heartbeat!

James and Wayne saved me from being stranded 2 hours from home. My car broke down right at closing but they stayed an hour after closing to help me figure out the problem and install the new part needed to fix it. Blessings and praise to them for their dedication to their customers!

Today I was amazed. It’s not often that people surprise me, but today I was surprised by a simple act of kindness. I know companies advertise that they will help make repairs from these parts stores. I never believed it. I believed that it was part of the upsell. You all know what I mean...go in for a simple issue and walk out having spent $50 bucks on stuff you don’t need. Not today. The gentleman at O’Reillys Auto Parts (and I am so sorry I don’t recall his name because he deserves recognition) was wonderful. Making probably less than $10 bucks an hour he listened to my self diagnosis (one of my front wiper blades stopped moving after my son scrapped ice from the window this morning). After looking online, I believed I blew a fuse. My options were loose nut, blown fuse or burnt up motor which would cost $200-$250. Well, I wanted it to be a fuse, cause who wants to pay $200 for a wiper blade? So the store clerk and I walked out and he immediately said he didn’t think it was a fuse and I immediately thought “here we go”. Then he flipped the motor housing and I saw the nut. The clerk excused himself and came back with a socket wrench and tightened the bolt. That’s it. Wiper worked perfectly. Wouldn’t take my money, not even a tip. Just said your welcome. Was a try wonderful experience in a rather cynical world. If you need help then go to the Swart Creek O’Reillys. They will take care of you. I know I will be going back.

The staff is very knowledgeable and helpful in the parts you need. If they don't have what you need they will order it right there on the spot for you. I get all my truck parts from O'Reilly's

Everyone is as helpful as they can be but this dude John is pretty amazing. He has almost the same van as me and I can pick his brain so maybe I'm biased but he is very patient and knowledgeable

Always pop in for automotive needs seeing as its local and close to home. I like that they will recycle your used oil. Always seem to have what I need or can get it with in a few days.

The staff at this location is really helpful. I really appreciate that they help my wife when she stopped in to fix for windshield wiper when I was unavailable.
