Great service. I thought I knew a bit about skateboards, but the staff helped my son pick a complete board better than I ever could. They were friendly and knowledgeable. Skate shops are notorious for having bad service but these folks are atypical. Great selection of boards, clothes and shoes. Very convenient location as well.

Man, Mark & Ally made my day. This is what customer service should be like!! Mark is really knowledgeable about all things skating (been skating for 21 years!), and he made sure my girl picked out the perfect board for her needs, regardless of what the price was. After overhearing that we had a previous poor experience at a different Zumiez, they also gave us 50% of a shirt we had chosen. Could not recommend this location more!

Always a great shopping experience! The staff consistently delivers friendly customer service and are knowledgeable about products. After shopping at this particular store multiple times and seeing the consistency, it is apparent that this store's management team understands how to hire and train people to connect with the customer. Today HENRY was the employee that helped to make my experience so fabulous!!!

Henry was exceptionally helpful and took his time helping me buy a first skateboard for my 13 year old as a gift-I knew nothing and walked out of there knowing so much more! A kind, polite young man who made my experience in unfamiliar territory safe, comfortable, and educational! He did not rush me at all- Thank you, Henry!!!

What an awesome experience today at this store! The customer service was impeccable! Pippen And Jared both were amazing and went above and beyond ! came in there the other day to inquire about the older (longer) style of board shorts. the lady was very helpful and even went out of her way to call a few places for us to get us what we were looking for. amazing person with an amazing positive experience and attitude.

Excellent staff, excellent products and selection, and an amazing manager named Ali or alley and she will bend over backwards and go out of her way just to make your shopping experience much more convenient, honestly her service is the best I've seen in any skate shop. Highly highly recommend this location.

I like this store it has good clothing options and I used my 50$ gift card and got 5 shirts they don't have much pants I live in Texas and coming to this zumies was different

Went in with my Longboard for some TLC. they put on some great new grip tape and wheel bearings, now it looks and rides as good as new!
