Metro by T-Mobile

This store is amazing!! We were with Sprint for 6 years and kept losing service. I spent over 8 hours on the phone with Sprint to no avail. I went into many other stores including Sprint TMobile and att and then metro PCS. This metro PCS store had hands down the best customer service. They went above and beyond to make sure we were happy they were short on stock on one phone we wanted so the manager drove to the other store to get it for us. (Sprint wanted us to drive to a tower to enter a code to reset the service.) Everyone here was very helpful and nice and we now get great service!! Thank you guys so much!! Your team rocks!! P.s. our family plays Pokemon go and the service through metro has been spot on!! We also got the E5 plus and it's service and battery life are phenomenal. The team at metro made our switch easy and stress free.

Understanding staff who where able to get me all set up within minutes and a good deal while doing so! Metro is my favorite phone service provider by far.

I visit this store everytime we need an upgrade or need assistance with our devices and we have never had a bad experience. 4 years now. The service reps are outstanding. So nice and helpful everytime. I have high anxiety talking with people and knowing how helpful and great everyone has been here definitely helps me feel at ease if I need to go to the store for any reason. And the service.... Oh My Goodness..... It is Awesome! We didnt have this good of service when we were with Sprint for the 15 years before switching to Metro. I HIGHLY recommend everyone to switch. Thank you Metro!! Had to get rid of ATT. Went to Metro for new phone service. Bill was extremely helpful with getting my phone working again. Great multi tasker, he was there alone, but cared for all his customers within an in record time.

Amazing service! I saw a post below by someone named Linda Sparda I was in there tgat same day this lady was screaming at crystal and sarah and treating them poorly she explained to her just like she explained to me that they were having issues with their card readers. The staff was nothing but kind to her.

I went into this store and this is the best metro I have ever been in. Crystal was the most helpful sweet kind girl I have ever had the pleasure of working with. She went above and beyond to help me. You can clearly see she’s knows what she’s doing.

Bill is the most helpful person that they have at MetroPCS he can do anything you asked him with your phone and he is always so happy to help you thank you for having bill as one of your employees
