Game X Change

Dusted off the old Xbox 360 and wanted to play cod but I needed a controller, ran to game exchange and bought two used ones for $40(fair price imo) got home and neither worked, took them back and they were replaced with working ones in just a few minutes! Custom service was great and a unlimited number of games to shop for and the prices are pretty good.

This place absolutely rules!!!!! Amazing selection of games and other cool collectibles. Brought my daughter in here 4 times already and it’s her favorite store by far. Every employee is very friendly and ready to help. Will continue coming back for years to come

Good people but need more pawn shop type people that really Knowledge more about the things that people bring,and why does all the game exchance the people working there look like same looking type of people they all look like brothers and sisters,what sup with the Different cultures, spanish people speako they others day and the person dint under stand I jump and helped put different culture and stop saying we ain't taken Applications and start hiring people that will help you and bring you those other type people

They always have a great selection of games, consoles and accessories. Always willing to answer any questions or recommend something helpful. Prices are always fair and lower than the others.

i have shopped here 3 or 4 times and it's my favorite store rn. i love coming here on payday to find an old comfort game or used DVD, then grabbing a pizza next door to kick off the weekend! there's so much to look at, old and new, and all the people are friendly - there's no gatekeeping or unprofessional behavior. don't listen to any of the hate. this is a great store and i hope it stays forever.

I've been coming to GameXChange since they came to Louisville, including this location. The ALWAYS explain the return policy.

I don't sell games to them, but what do you expect? They are a business, not a collector. You want to sell toys, games or cards for book value, become a dealer and sell them yourself.

Location is fully stocked. Everything from New gen games to Atari 2600 games. Cool posters. And even some vinyl.

Have shopped here quite a few times and have to say, if you want something quick then their prices are unbeatable, and you can trust that what you buy will work or they will swap it out for you. Staff is always pleasant to talk with as well.

I bought an Xbox one 500gb and I took it home and went to play Forza horizon 5 and the disc drive didn't work. So 2 days later I went back to see if they could repair it. They said it was not fixable so they gave me a replacement console. Thank you GameXChange!

Great staff huge selection great prices. Unmatched customer service. if there's a problem with an item you purchase there, they will resolve it no questions asked.

Good staff here... Very knowledgeable and really just wanted to help me find what I was looking for instead of pushing a "similar" product on me to try and secure a sell like other games stores.

Friendly staff, and a decent selection! Place is new so I assume there will be a bigger selection with time. Planning to try to come in to sell some stuff in a few days. Do you guys accept regular books??

Staff is always nice and welcoming. They have a great selection for being a newer store and give you fair deals on Pricing, I would definitely highly recommend.

no flea market prices or peddlers mall eBay prices but reasonable nice shop
