The people here are going to take care of you, by really listening to you, and then doing what needs to be done to fix it. For an older person, who doesn't know much about cell phones, they will not patronize you, but make you feel like a valued customer that deserves their time and attention. A real top notch staff!

I'm old and don't remember how to make my phone work. So I guess I'm a "Regular" and no matter who I get to help me, they are ALWAYS very Patient with me, they solve my problems every time. I'm getting to be Friends with them. So about ever 2 weeks I'll stop in with a Problem, and they Fix it. Even when in a couple occasions this was my 2 nd time in for the Same problem. And there staff stays patient & fixed it. There just Super People GIVE THEM A RAISE.

Signed up for a new plan. Rep was very misleading about phone trade-ins. I’m on the hook for $210 now after speaking with another rep today who basically didn’t take any responsibility for the mess. Told me I should’ve read the fine print on something that should’ve been communicated verbally as well. Cell service is terrible on top of everything. Thanks.
