The Boot Jack

Called in for a Stetson 30X which is sold out everywhere. Ever took our call, saved our hat and then shaped it for us. Very attentive. Has the most hat selection locally. Crowded apparel area. Clean fitting rooms.

UPS jacked up my order from another company and sent my package to this Boot Jack. I called on a Saturday, explained my situation and got some of the best customer service ever from the manager at this location. It was such great customer service that I got my package and also bought my very first pair of boots that day as well. Great job Boot Jack and Alondra who found and returned my package and helped me out with the purchase of my 1st pair of boots. Thank you!

I ordered some boots online and they were too big. The crew at Boot Jack not only found the pair I needed in another store, they had them hold them for me till I got there. The girls there were friendly and attentive. If I could I would put 6 stars.

I've spent a considerable amount of time browsing the website and I must say I am impressed with the flow and functionality that the website provides. Not only is it set up well, but it is also maintained regularly which I can see through the seasonal updates (for example right now the website features a Mother's Day theme). Kudos to the person(s) behind the upkeep of the website. As someone who has developed a website of my own, I can appreciate the good design that is portrayed. I will be browsing in the coming days to see if I can find a product that would be a good fit for a gift for my mom.
