Starbucks

When I'm uptown, this is my go-to Starbucks! I never have an issue when I go in or order on the app. The drive-through, for some reason, is slower than just going in, no matter the number of employees that are working. That being said, the employees are always very respectful and good at letting you know how long your order is going to take. Would recommend this location to anyone, despite the parking lot "issue" strictly because the employee's are wonderful here! (Please see the information below about the parking "issue.")

Very chill and relaxed in there for a Saturday afternoon! Our drinks and munchies were made promptly and the overall juju was positive. Can't stop rude customers from causing a random glitch in the matrix but the staff kept their cool and let it go.

My go to location never lets me down. I love their breakfast sandwiches and usually go for matcha lattes, but this pumpkin cream cold brew is just right for the season around the corner!

I've been trying to figure out a Starbucks version of my favorite iced coffee (I get it from Coffee Crossing- it's called a School Crossing) for years now. I don't know that what I got today tastes like my fave, but it was the best tasting iced coffee I've ever had from Starbucks! Service was a little distracting- I was in an interview and when the employee had a coffee ready, he would yell out the name: "SALLY?! SALLY?!" There was maybe one other person in the entire place and I found the yelling to be unnecessary.

I loved the deco of this location with the windows on how they open. The customer service always wonderful. Coffee was perfect

Venti White chocolate mocha with soy no whip made perfect every time. Staff is always super nice and smiling. They are literally always busy with a drive through line that wraps around the building, but when I go inside, Im out in under 8 minutes. Wow! I dont even understand their mystical powers....One day maybe. Until then, I will keep enjoying my yummy coffee.

I mobile order from here almost daily. The drinks I order are the same great tasting drinks everytime. Staff is very friendly and make my experience great. Never had an issue with this store.

Drive thru line was backed up, but it was my decision to join it haha. For being short staffed they killed it this afternoon (8/29). Wanted the pumpkin cold foam cold brew but they were out of cold brew:( Instead I got 3 shots of espresso over ice with the pumpkin cold foam and it was just as good! Super kind and friendly, to anyone complaining about time, take it into account that not every car is getting just one drink and the baristas aren't robots, so it will take time. If you're in a rush, just don't go. Be gracious with the workers they could not be there at all :)

I love Starbucks! This one was quiet, and I was able to concentrate on my work while sipping on my drink. It's a great place to spend some alone time or hang with a friend. I like to do my work while I'm there.

Went to the Clarksville, IN Location for my usual drink and egg bites. The lady at the window named Violet was easily the sweetest human I have ever met. Her customer service was amazing, my coffee was delicious, and egg bites were perfect as usual. I felt the need to write a review because this girl was so stinkin’ sweet.

Drive through was fast and easy. The staff have come to know us and seem happy we are back. Get great service and coffee

All you do is complain go get an another job, oh no I worked in no ac(construction workers) oh no my mats were taken away(everyone who stands or walks for work) i don’t like my jobs benefits(LinkedIn/Glassdoor) there’s so many options yet you waste yours and others time. Get some employees who will actually do the job

I must share this A-mazing story... my daughter and I were in the drive-thru, the associate opened her window to let us know our drinks were almost ready, and the customer that was in front of us paid for ours! You see, we were on our way to her grandfather's funeral, what a beautiful gesture. So we paid for the ppl behind us. God Bless

Always love Starbucks. Anytime we are close to a Starbucks I ask my bf to take me and its starting to get on his nerves. I can only give any review on the Mocha Frappuccinos tho because I have not ordered anything else foe myself. Its so good its hard to bring myself to order something else incase it wasnt as good I'd miss an opportunity to have one!
