100% Customer Satisfaction, Eric is the man!! Stopped into get my battery tested after needing to be jumped and he first tested that along with the starter and alternator, which failed the test along with the battery. Eric showed me all the options that would work for my car and then installed it for me right there, with as much care as he would if he were working on his own car. After he got the new battery installed he retested my starter and alternator and they both passed! Thanks Eric for making the painstaking process a lot less painful!

Eric was amazing. Needed wiper blades and due to my past experiences I never had luck putting them on but Eric showed me as we placed the blades on both sides at the same time. Great direction and 180% customer satisfaction. Thanks Eric.

I went in for a battery replacement and was assisted by Eric who was super friendly and knowledgeable. He gave me tips and talked me through all the steps he was taking. He even let me know some concerns that I should bring up to my mechanic when I have my car serviced. I will definitely coming back in the future for any quick fix car issues I might have.

I am quite a neophyte when it comes to auto repair. These guys were super friendly in helping me with check engine light and they had the obscure part I needed in stock. I replaced it DYI-style .....no more check engine light. Thanks guys!!

Had a very positive experience at the Nebraska location on Sunday, February 5th. I believe it was Eric that helped me. A truck had run a red light, scraped the front of my brand new truck, and left streaks of paint and or rubber on my white truck. Eric helped problem solve the situation suggesting we try several different substancs to remove the paint/rubber, which we did. Eric finally came up with a suitable solvent that worked great to remove the black streaks. Eric was great! The next time I need something car related this store is where I will go! Thanks again, Eric.

O’Reillys is the place to go! I was having issues with my battery (which I had it checked at a autozone and they said it was good) on a whim I decided let me get it checked one more time b/c I was still having issues and Eric tested and replaced my battery. He was super helpful and sweet and really made my day so much better than it was going.

We went to get a new back light bulb for my car. We weren't exactly sure we were getting the correct one, so we tried it out in the parking lot before we left. It wasn't working out, but Eric came out and had a look. He went above and beyond to make sure it was working before we left. He was very friendly and knowledgeable.

Needed help getting brake lights and Eric was very helpful and professional! He went to look at my car with me and showed me the function of each light and which were out. Thank you Eric!

I walked in on my lunch hour and asked Andrew to please check my battery. The diagnostic stated it was on its last leg and would probably last one month. He sold a new one to me and installed it in less than 10 minutes while being so polite. Thank you for taking good care of my beautiful Buick and me!
