I came in last minute to make pamphlets for my fathers funeral.

It was 30 min to close and after being told she was slammed with orders for weddings and wouldn’t have time; I inquired about the following day and told her the occasion.

Celina, the sales supervisor literally cleared her work station and said “why didn’t you open with that?”

She got to work and diligently helped me assemble the appropriate constituents to make this possible the very next day.

I can’t express enough what a relief it was to be seen and heard and helped so efficiently.

Denise and Emily were great and worked together and communicated as a team. I visited this location in person for advice and clarity on how to print a certain project I had. Denise explained the process I should have taken online for future reference and also had me send her the docs to better clarify. She confirmed I would need a poster size due to the dimensions of my project and with Emily’s help got to work on it while I waited. This location was excellent and the 30% coupon that I had was also nice!
My print total was very inexpensive for 3 posters!

We began our search for a new office chair at the North Dale Mabry store. However, they didn't have the chair we wanted in stock. We were directed to the Waters Ave. store and were assisted by Selena. She quickly checked the inventory, got our chair brought to the front of the store, and assisted another associate with loading it into our vehicle. What amazing customer service!!

Rick is so amazing! My dad was going to him to always help with paper work for his business. My dad gave me the business before he passed away and Rick helped me so much with what I needed. He had everything saved from when my dad use to get his help. It made things so much better. Thank you for being awesome!!

06/14/23. 7:55pm. I came to the store, and there was a lady in the print service area. I stood in front of the clearance table they have at the entrance, so to give space to the lady in the print area. Then, I stood in the line, and proceed to write the email to send the document I need to print. The employ behind the counter told me, "we close in 2 minutes I cant print anything else." I told him is just one paper, and he said, no, we close in 2 minutes. So, I walked to the door, and ask the other employ at he door what time do you open, i just have to print one paper, and she said, we close in 30 seconds, we can not print it, come tomorrow morning. I left the store. Stood outside while taking a big deep breath before doing this review. I wanted to say so many things, but, I let it go, and just gave them ONE STAR.

06/15/23 9:00am: I came to the store again. This time, I had to print last night paper and 4 more documents. Got to the printing area, and the employ treat me really good. I even told him (i had to) what happened the night before. He apologize for his fellow working partners. And like that, in less than 5 minutes he printed EVERYTHING!! I paid, ask for his name,(Johnny) and left the store. Now, because he was pro-active, service oriented and amicable, I change my review to 5 STARS!! Kudos to the employ next to him, Emely. she was very nice as well with the client next to me.

Just want to say, Thanks Johnny for your costumer service.

Very helpful & knowledgeable sales associates. If they don’t have the answer themselves, they find another associate to consult. They make eye contact and they smile. They want to help.

Rick Ahers is outstanding. He always provides exceptional customer service, has a great attitude, and is very knowledgeable.

The store was clean and I browsed for Christmas items; it's early but things were in stock. I was greeted upon entering and leaving

Celina, Emily and Jose are the best. Best customer service experience I’ve ever had in my life. And I’ve lived all over and traveled the United States.

I stopped by on 2/21/22 to have some posters that I had made laminated Denise was at the counter and helped me she was very friendly and customer focused while she was laminating the posters the cutting tool use to cut the excess laminated sheets broke she began to cut the laminated sheets by hand using a scissor I felt bad for her that she had to cut it by hand so I told her that I would help her cut the excess of the posters while she continue to laminate the rest she stated that was okay that she could do it but I insisted on helping her cut the excess off with the scissors to expedite the process she was so nice as she gave me 20% off. I greatly appreciate all her hard work and providing excellent customer service. I told her I would come back with more posters to be laminated the staff at this store are awesome I am a regular customer and do come in on a regular basis Thank you Denise for all of your help!

I appreciated the staff being very friendly, knowledgeable and available to help me find what I was looking for. It’s so frustrating when I’m shopping in other stores and I have to go through the whole store chasing down someone to help me. I’ll drive a little further to get to this store where I know the service will be better and they’ve always had what I was looking for.

I was greeted as soon as I walked in the store on Waters I found the store to be very clean and well stocked and organized.. The staff was very helpful and courteous. The cashier (first letter of her name is K) was very informative and told me about specials, etc. I will be coming back to this store
