It was such a delightful experience working with Jay when I needed to bring my car in for a battery replacement. I was incredibly grateful that I had a warranty on the battery because, just one year later, the acid began to build up and my car refused to start. Jay truly made the entire process a joy. I must admit, I had my doubts about how things would turn out, but he not only provided us with a brand new battery, he also took the time to remove the old one and install the new one for us. This man's professionalism is truly commendable, and this level of service is something that will be remembered fondly.

Best service ever. They got that extra touch. They helped me install air filters and windshield wipers. My new hubcaps are a nice finish. Much appreciated.

The store manager Alejandro went above and beyond. I own a very rare vehicle (Lotus) which is always difficult to locate parts for. Alejandro took the time to find the correct battery and provided sage advice and assistance while I completed the install.

Bernard was very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. He diagnosed my vehicle and determined it was just a low battery issue. I appreciate the honesty and he saved me a trip to the mechanic. I recommend going here and would do business again!

I went in to get a new car battery. One of the employees put the battery in for me. It was a very quick process start to finish. All of the employees in the store were very friendly. I would definitely visit this location again.

I brought someone here from advance auto because the manager there was lying to their customers. The people here were amazing and helped them figure out what needed to be done. Richie, the general manager at this location is a God send 🙏!! I came in looking for hub caps for my Sentra & he showed me how to tell the inch size of my rim on the tire & then he even TOOK OFF my old hub caps & put the whole new set on my tires for me🫶!!! It’s a hot day outside too! He was really kind spirited & im very thankful for his help!! GREAT leadership skills & an even better example of how managers should treat customers. I run 7 quick lube/ repair facilities in SC. While on vacation I decided to spend a day doing maintenance work on my parents vehicles, and purchased a few parts on my out of state commercial account. Alejandro and Keiler were nothing short of professional and helpful during the transactions. There were a few road bumps as I was using an out of state account, however they quickly and kindly navigated them and got my parts on time and at the rates I am accustom to. I would recommend this location to all facilities and DIY, as this staff clearly operates under a customer service first mentality. I wish I had the territory manager contact information to give a good review to. Service like this is why I have used Autozone consistently.

Richie the store manager was amazing with me and all the customers he assisted while I was there. After even a long day he was absolutely polite and there was a consistent influx of customers coming in.. great experience and I will definitely be returning to this location. Went to the store on Dale Mabry to purchase a car battery. Richie, greeted me and helped me with my purchase. He happily tested my battery, installed a new battery and filled my coolant. He also educated me on how to tackle some other repairs on my other vehicle.
He is very patient and knowledgeable, and I will definitely be back in the future.

Great customer service. Friendly, patient and knew what they were talking about. These guys were great! The other Gunn highway location was the exact opposite, and I’ll never go there again even though it’s right next to my house.
