I had a battery issue with my truck and Dallas was incredibly helpful in getting it solved and getting me back on the road. He also saw that I was low on coolant and went so far as to fill it up for me and give me some tips on clearing air from the system. Dallas is an asset to this store and I will definitely return due to the excellent service I was given.

I received excellent service installing my car battery this morning. It involved more tools and patience than I have, at no charge. I've had similar experience with other items including headlight bulbs and windshield wipers (both of which I can install, but very nice to have them do it). Thank you!

We had our tire punctured by some sharp scissors on the Howard Frankland bridge and got a flat tire, brand new tire. It cut it in a place that will render the tire dead. We pulled into smoky bones off gunn ave because the station we used to go to is GONE. Cody, The night manager from Advanced Auto Parts left work about 10 or so, and saw my husband trying to figure out what to do. Cody was going in for dinner, but took the time after a hard day of work to stop and help us. He did everything to replace with our spare which took about 30 minutes of hard labor to change. Cody was so wonderful and said that he figured this was his area of expertise and wanted to help us. We are elderly and this would have kept us up all night as my husband couldn't have done it with our small bottle Jack. We live an hour away in Crystal River. Cody is obviously a huge asset to his company, and a very kind and skilled man. I highly recommend his company who no doubt knows what a terrific person and Manager he is. I have no issues recommending him and Advanced Auto Parts knowing the caliber of their management and owners who hired Cody.

Friendly, helpful employees. They provided a free battery test. After having two other places check and tell me the battery was fine (I knew better), their equipment found that it was not. Since it was under warranty at another store, I had to get the battery elsewhere. I did purchase a portable power supply that will jump the car's battery in case no one else is around. I have already used it twice. It was well worth the money and it was on sale!

Advance is my go to store for anything car related. From car washing all the way to replacing your clutch Advance has it all. If they don't have it in stock they will tell you which store nearby has it or have it delivered to you from the main warehouse.

I just had the best customer service experience at the Advance Auto Parts. Store manager Johnny was very compassionate, very helpful, and excellent at his job. I would go here before any other place. Thank you

Had a Problem with my 2012 Hyundai Sonata Hybrid, Tom at the counter grabbed his OBD2 reader and Diagnosed the problem quickly for me but suggested it may still be under factory warranty with me being the original owner of the car. Well it turned out that it was , saving me a lot of money for suggesting that to me...Thanks again Tom!
