Smart Bamboo Store

I got one of their pillows as a gift over the holidays, decided to go and try for myself the rest of the collections. I was amazed. I purchased 100% Bamboo Sheets and a pair of pillows and I have never thought about any other brand! Every time I go to the mall I make time to stop and say hi to the amazing lady who helped me, they even offer you infused water while you shop! From the moment you walk in here you immediately feel transported to paradise...

I've been using a bamboo pillow for nearly a year with great results. When I saw these in the store they looked like they might be a higher quality. I bought two. Immediately I noticed that it didnt cool like my older bamboo pillow. After just 2 weeks the pillow has started to collapse and lose its shape resulting in major neck pain and discomfort. Don't buy from this store. Just go to Kohls and get their bamboo pillow. It will be cheaper and much higher quality. I can't even imagine what would happen with their expensive mattress.

My dad went to go look for a massage chair, he even asked the sells person that if anything is wrong with it or if he ends up not liking it what’s the policy and he told him that not to worry that they’ll take care of it, the chair gets delivered my dad was not satisfied with it, he goes back and they tell him he could only exchange it for something else, the manager points at the sign that said “no returns only exchanges” and I told her that my parents do not know English and she said to me “really? They don’t know what no returns only exchanges mean?” And I said no! Cus they really don’t and that was very offensive cus she even said it in front of them like making them feel worse about the whole situation. It had only been 8 days! And they did not want to return it, my dad did not wanna get anything else he already had the bamboo bed and they really don’t need anything else, my dad asked the sells person if he or he did not mention the return policy and he never replied with an answer he just went off on something else, but at least he was nicer than the manager, the sells person said he would talk to the manager to see if she could refund but he didn’t think she would so then?? So here we are with a 5,000 chair that my dads not satisfied with.
