Took my boys 6 &7 to get their first disc's of their own. The staff were excellent with information and were super patient. It was a perfect experience! I'm new to disc golf and had tried my daughter's Jennifer Sawyer Glitch. I was very impressed with it, so we went to Great Lakes Disc where she bought it.
They have a large selection of new and used discs and the guys working there were very nice! I brought a few of my choices to one, asking what he thought, and gave me his insight - even saved me some money on one by offering a comparable option! I recommend checking it out.

Best place in West Michigan to fulfill all your disc golf needs! The owner is very involved in the community growing the sport and it shows by all the cool people that are apart of the Great Lakes team.

My wife and I were visiting and had a few hours to spare. We walked into the store and were immediately helped. I mentioned we were from out of town and were just looking for a few cheap discs to use for a quick round. The employee didn’t pressure us to buy nicer discs than we needed and they were very pleasant to talk to!

For the longest time I went to the other guys on Plainfield and had no major complaints. However, this is until Ryan got me to check this place out. It was at this time I realized how much better a disc shopping experience can be. Phenomenal staff, much better prices, and a fantastic used selection as well

Always a great place to find disc golf supplies, from Innova, Latitude 64, MVP, Legacy, Discmania, Discraft- they have everything. They even have a great used selection just in case you want to try out a different disc without spending a lot. Also, bring your putters in with you to practice on their complimentary practice basket! Also Kyle Kline used to work here before going pro, which is pretty cool.👍😁

Really good place to get discs with super helpful staff. Nothing overpriced as would have expected and the “used” selection of discs is actually quite nice. Would recommend

I am probably an average disc golfer that spends too much on discs, I picked out a couple and told the guy what was in my bag, he explained in a very knowledgeable way that some of the discs I was purchasing were pointless because I had the counterpart by a different brand and saved me quite a bit of money. Instead he guided me twords discs that would help balance my bag. The honesty and passion for disc golf will keep me coming back forever. They are expanding and I can't wait. You should absolutely stop by here, if not for anything else just to learn a thing or two about your discs.

Awesome place to get discs I greatly appreciate Shea for helping me out with finding me my zuca cart it's exactly what I wanted. And a huge thank you to the staff there. I literally walk in and ask one of them what type of disc I am looking for (I go to tell them the numbers on the disc)without me saying what number are on the disc they walk me over to the disc I'm looking for. It's crazy they ask you a couple questions like 2 and then next thing you know you got the perfect set of disc picked out for you. Thank you guys at great lakes for everything

For a new player they have an overwhelming number of discs to select from. Its intimidating to walk in. Fortunately the staff is friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. The guy that helped me answered all my questions and hooked me up with some great recommendations for discs and bags for my kid and I. I will definitely will be back as I learn more about and advance in this sport.

First time going, selection is mind blowing in both used and new. Could easily spend a couple hours in the store. Guy behind the counter was super friendly and knowledgeable, def worth the hour drive from Kalamazoo

Very friendly, very knowledgeable and they will even give you cash for good usable used discs. There is also a variety of used bags. A must visit for your disc and bag needs.

My favorite place for all disc golf needs! I once went in to buy two hand warmers for my girlfriend as a gift. Brian convinced me that I only needed to get her one which is awesome because he could have just up sold me and sold me two but he was honest instead! Shea is also super involved in hosting and helping with tournaments and events in the state so it’s great to support the people who support the disc golf community! Go here!

Went there looking to replace a disc I lost from a tournament that did not have the make or numbers on it. Described how it was shaped and what plastic it was and they found it for me. Also got a ton of trade in for a bunch of old disc's. They have everything new and used and are very knowledgeable. You have to go there if you play or want to learn.
