Drove an hour through heavy rain to get here and it was totally worth it. They have an amazing show room, some super cool models on display and they’re very friendly! plus they play some good tunes, great way to spend a rainy day, thank you much!

Great super family and friendly and very helpful and very lgbt friendly and supportive! 😊 As a trans-polygamist woman I love collecting anything from comics to model kits to dolls to figures and my family does as well! My four wives and trans-wife and our children and I can agree that we totally love shopping here very much!! Also our children love coming here! We all collect toys and hard to find ones at that, which toy arena has. Also the atmosphere and employee attitudes are helpful and great! I have seven hyper awesome kids and three more currently on the way!! The staff here makes us always feel down home by kindering to not only our needs but also to the likes and interests too of all audiences and family of the public!

The warehouse location for Toy Arena. The showroom is tiny, but packed with some select items and figurines. I'm sure the website has much more in terms of inventory. But it's nice to be able to walk in somewhere and look at the boxes and displays.

This is not the Frank and Son's location so it is much less crowded here. The parking lot of this location is very small.

Super awesome and fast shipping and the staff more than goes the extra mile with their customers to assist them the best they can! Love how this place also sells badass and hard to find gundam kits for not scalper prices most of the time!

I love ToyArena! I also order from them online if you can't come to the actual store location. There's a lot of collection, but it's usually more expensive. You can buy a lot of what they have here much cheaper elsewhere though.

My package (figure) arrived yesterday and is in perfect condition. This is a really good store with competitive prices. I'll be shopping here again! - Rick

When you are looking for great display models specifically gundam robots and transformers toys, this is the best place to shop!!! The even have model paints for sale here.

Going in I was a bit skeptical but once inside I was surprised by the selection. I would highly recommend going here if you are looking for gunpla or figures. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Prices are about what I expected and while I could get some things online cheaper it's nice to be able to get what I need dame day. I will definitely be returning

This is a tremendous store to buy any of your hobby needs. They have an expensive set of kits and limited edition gunpla. They also provide extensions and add ons for your builds. But what separates this retailer from others is their extremely friendly customer service. They go above and beyond for their customers. This says a lot from a business. They care about their customers an care about their passions. That is not something every business can say!

I did an online order through the weekend, and asked for an update for it today. In just a few hours I was not only given an update, but was told my package was on the way. Amazing prices for what they have, and amazing for collectibles.

Friendly teams especially they know so much about these model kits. I build 100+ Gundam and at least 50% I purchased from here or the one in Franks&Son. I hope they can open Sunday too.

Great customer service. I received a defected figure and they helped me through the whole replacement process in a timely fashion. Now the new figure feels premium and rock solid. Will continue to buy from them.

Ordered a hard to find MG gundam on their website, it arrived in a few days very carefully packaged. Good prices and stock on gunpla! Their frank and son's location is worth a stop too.

This store has everything Bandai, Gundam and so on. Huge selection of kits and very helpful and friendly staff! If they don’t have it they’ll order it! My go to for Bandai kits.

I've ordered from this place three times now and every single time, I'm impressed. The speed it gets to me and the quality and care placed in the packaging. If you're a serious gunpla enthusiast then this is your place. They bubble wrap and place packing paper sealed in a thiccc cardboard box. I've received all my gunpla in mint condition. I will continue to buy from Them!

stopped by to get some nippers. its a nice quiet warehouse area that is easy to find. they have a good variety in stock and and their website is pretty up to date with what they have. the guy I spoke to was very cool and knowledgeable. answered all my questions, even ones about product recommendations and usage. Definitely, recommend stopping by to check out their showroom

I've been shopping here for almost a decade now, and have always been amazed by the selection of gunpla! The staff that help me have always been knowledgeable and kind. I first began collecting gunpla, but after getting into other lines like figmas and nendoroids, this place has been super helpful in terms of pricing and consistency. Also another thing they are consistent with is taking my money (but I guess that's not too bad😂😂😂)
