This VW location has good parking and is easy to get assistance. Depending on when you go, there usually isn’t a wait as they are always fully staffed with 4-6 people! Joseph was nice and helped me with my screen protector on my iPhone 13 max that had a bubble on the face recognition part. He put a new protector on for me and helped me go online and file the warranty.

I was in yesterday to activate the new phone that I ordered through myverizon app. For some reason the phone was looking like non pay in their system. It took us 1.5 hours with Verizon 1-800# then fraud department. The lady whose name is ISA or Issa (Fraud department) who refused to give me her employee number or the last name was determined not to help even though I ordered the phone from them and obviously there was a mistake somewhere, someone from the company made. They treated this as a fraud case without telling me or other verizon staff in the shop what the reason was.

Luckily Max and the location manager Cesar helped me solve the problem by exchanging the phone. I can’t thank them enough.

The Arlington Heights location can learn a lot from this Schaumburg location. Every single customer is greeted even when all hands are full. I was getting helped by a lady and right when she found the perfect gap (turn my phone off then on) to leave me for just a moment to get another customer and quickly figure out why the customer is here. Also, a one hour wait turned to just 25 minutes. It was very busy when I walked in but when I was watching how the employees worked I had a feeling it wouldn't take that long. Overal, they institutionalized urgency. Great job to the team.

Jordan is the most smart and sweet Verizon associate! I had to activate my new phone and after days of running around and having trouble I went to Verizon in Schaumburg and she was knowledgeable, kind, professional, and helpful. I left with my new phone completely functional within an hour. Thank you Jordan!

I would like to compliment Elizabeth for assisting us on 10/23/22. We were told that we needed to come to a Corporate store to get labels to return our old IPhone 13.She was very professional, answered all of my questions. She really took great care with us! I never felt rushed as I said… I have one more question.. several times! Very patient and extremely knowledgeable! We received the Fed Ex label and box from her to return the old phones. She mentioned that if we needed anything in the future to feel free to come back into that store.
I have been a Verizon customer for over 20 years! I will continue to stay with Verizon based on their great customer service which Elizabeth provided to us!

Victor is a great employee! I recommend him 100%! He was very patient, listened to my needs and wants. Told me to do what I thought was best when it came to picking out deals , I never felt pushed or forced into anything at this location!! He needs a promotion or a bonus !

I was in a panic after my phone decided to go for a ride in the washing machine and wouldn't do anything after I attempted to dry it in a bag of rice. I was afraid that I had lost everything. So I went to the Verizon store in Schaumburg and told them that I would cry if they couldn't help me get everything back. Initially, Naz looked up my account and saw that I had insurance. She helped me file a claim and was super helpful and reassuring. She told me to come back when I got my new phone and speak with the manager, Austin. My new phone arrived the next day and I went back to the store and asked for Austin. He was incredibly nice and helped calm my fears. He set up my new phone and everything was there! I was so happy! I've been going to the Schaumburg Verizon store for years for my phone and also phones for my two sons. They have always been very knowledgeable, helpful and nice. It's rare to find such great service.

Ali was awesome! My bf went in with a phone he wanted in mind and Ali made the upgrade process super easy. He made great recommendations and had answers to all of our questions. We were in and out quickly and the process was painless. Great customer service!

Made an appointment because my new phone was acting up, got in and got help right away and it didn't take long at all to fix the issue. I wish I got the young lady's name. She was very nice and helpful and knowledgeable.

I was a little nervous about going here when I saw the reviews online, but I thought they did a great job. I avoid the mall if possible, so I chanced going here and was happy I did. They were busy, but I was greeted promptly and told there would be a short wait. Jose showed up to help me a minute later and got me a new phone, which is the reason I came in. Easy as could be. Jose and the guy working the front door (forgot his name) were both great and easy to talk to. Would recommend to anyone.

This store is extremely nice - brand new. Have gone in twice in the last week and worked with Jasper both times he was THE BEST. Has a wealth of knowledge, is relaxed instead of intense and is set on helping you make the best most informed decisions! High recommend the store, and if you can, work with Jasper. Verizon needs to make sure they keep him happy - people will approach going to stores differently if all employees are like him!

I switched to Verizon after some salesman at an AT&T store tried ripping me off. The salesman at this store was awesome. Bought a few accessories to help the guy out. About a couple months later my charger stopped working. So on my lunch break from work, I headed over (I work down the street) and explained the situation to them. They told me the charger was not covered by the warranty but the manager gave me a new one free of charge anyways because he understood that my situation was extremely inconvenient and the charger was $30 (It was one of those Type-C cable Turbo chargers)
