Big Lots

This is a wonderful store. I really like all their holiday items. They also have nice home decor items for all year long. They also have good food, over the counter medicines and oral products. Their prices are so nice and low for nearly all items.

Store was clean, and well organized. Customer service was top notch. I did not have any issues finding what I needed.

Had a great experience there today with an associate named Conner, I’m assuming he’s the store manager by the way he holds himself but not sure. Greeted us when we came in, helped us in furniture, and made us feel comfortable as a first time customer of Big Lots. Would highly recommend asking for him.

Been here a few times and it's always been a great experience. Recently snagged this Broyhill 'fireplace' and the entire experience was so good. Ashli at the checkout was amazing, the manager with the accent was badass and the load up team was too cool! Kudos to a Great team here. 💪

I purchased a recliner yesterday and was so impressed with the young lady (Jennifer), that sold me the chair. She was patient and professional during the entire process. I came today to pick it up and the Assistant Manager Fabiola, was there to assist me with the final pick up. She is the epitome of true professionalism!!!! We had the darnest time trying to get it in my car. Lol It wouldn’t fit, so I had my daughter to come back with her SUV. Ms Fabiola was right there even though they were very busy she still went well beyond the call of duty. She was patient and thoughtful. Finally, I had my recliner and was on my way home. I would like to send a BIG THANK YOU her way!!!! Ms Fabiola, you rock!!! Big Lots is very fortunate to have you!!!!

Great store and well kepted.

It was my favorite store for years. I often shopped at the old location when I was bored. It is not that attractive at this location, but I really want to mention an employee, Ed from furniture department. We didn’t expect he called us when the sofa we liked was available again. Although we changed our mind, we do appreciate his great customer service! We will continue shopping here.

We don't get here often, but our experience today will change that. The customer service was beyond great. We were helped by a wonderful man who was busy assembling something in the patio furniture area. Rob stopped what he was doing without hesitation to help me and my husband, when we asked a question about the price of a table. He was friendly and extremely helpful. Rob continued to help us as we were checking out. Rachelle was our customer service clerk and in addition to being friendly and helpful, she was very quick and efficient in sanitizing the counter area. Based on our experience with the great customer service, we will return and we recommend Big Lots at Citrus Park to everyone.

Wow! What a wonderful store! When you need help with something, these people are right there to help you! It's not only one time, it's every time I walk in there. They make me feel like I'm the only one in the store and that alone makes me feel special! As soon as I walked in, a lady by the name of Cena brought me to the isle of the products was looking for and on one product there was a sale on which actually brought tears to my eyes I was that happy! When it came to check out, the lady at the cash register, Irene, was so personable, courteous, not to mention, knowledgeable. I commented on her hair which looked how I wish I could wear my hair! All in all, because of these ladies, my experience was even better. I will definitely be back there and always shop there!

I love big lots. This location has a full staff. You need help you can easily find someone on staff. I enjoy the varieties of products they have. Things you never can't imagine. Today found root beer and cotton candy Mike and Ikes!! 😁 Always find new and unique options. They have clothes available. Nothing fancy but cute and functional.

I don't live on this side of town but was there handling other business and stopped in to look for home decor. I loved the layout of this store and I literally stood at the front entrance and could see everything. This was helpful being that it was my first time at this location. I was able to identify where I needed to go to get what I needed. The staff were very friendly and helpful in helping me identify what they had in stock.

Great discount store with a great variety

This is a nice big lots store. It is large with a large inventory. The store itself was super clean and it was easy to locate everything. Furniture in this store is right in the middle of the store to the front. The floor plan was set up nicely, which made it so easy to very quick find exactly what I had come in for.

I really don't go to big lots but when I finally went I found some great items. I was very surprised. Staff was friendly and the lines are quick. Store was very clean.

Love making a couple trps a week to this location. Some of the nicest workers in the plaza; Ireene, Cena, Ashleigh, Emma and a few others always greet me upon entering, and at the register are always the friendliest to catch up with. Selection changes often, many times discovering some of my favorite snacks at better prices per ounce than Amazon! Always make it a point to visit here often!

Newer store well stocked, Halloween n Christmas is out

Big Lots is Fun to me. I know that may sound a little ridiculous- but I look forward to shopping there. You never know what you will find. I have looked all over for a particular black elderberry supplement (Nature's Truth) that our family really likes.. but its difficult to find anymore.
We went in so my daughter could shop for her new apartment - and I look over and was shocked to see this supplement. I was not even shopping and certainly didn't know they carried it. Needless to say I bought it (it was $12, and a blender on clearance for $12.50, it works, lol. We found several goodies and treasures and left happy. We will definitely return.

Best service received from any other Big lots. Very attentive and patiently listened and assisted. My favorite big lots. Alex and Jordan were amazing another guy helped me as well and was very friendly with my daughter and me (cant remember his name. Furniture dept rock!
