I never walk out of this GameStop disappointed. Even if I don’t end up purchasing anything, the peeps working are always so kind, knowledgeable, and just plain fun to chat with. I just bought a refurbished Xbox one (a PS guy here) and the gentleman who worked with me could not have been more helpful. He never once pressured me, rather, he helped me pick the best console for my needs as a new Xbox guy, and took his time to make sure I got exactly what I wanted. 🙏🏼

Just wanted to say that this is one of the best GameStop’s ever been too (I’ve seen the one in NYC, tbh not a bad spot.) I’ve met their Manager Tom and Assistant Manager Dean, oh boy let me tell you one of the greatest and brightest guys working in that place, always helping out when I need it and just great customer service, Thanks Tom & Dean!

What has always been the make or break factor with Gamestop locations for me is the customer service. How friendly are they? How helpful are they? How hard do they push their promotions and memberships? The service here has always been good. Staff are polite, come across as genuine fans of the hobby themselves, are do not push the promotions after you politely decline.

Other than that, it's a well-kept and clean store with good variety. I was able to snag a PS5 from here during a promotion and the process was pretty hassle-free. A couple guys even came in early to ensure we got through quickly.

We were greeted as soon as we walked even though he was extremely busy working solo. Dean gave everyone equal attention even on phone calls. He was incredible and knowledgeable. Favorite GameStop!

Fabulous staff! I know almost nothing about gaming. After my experience this Christmas i will always go here for gaming gifts. The staff could not have been better assisting me with making gift choices. No up sell but very helpful knowledge share.

Great place to find shirts, pokemone cards, toys, random collectible nic-nacks and yes video games for all the latest consoles. Make sure you level up to fight the preorder bosses at the end of your quest.

This is a great store! The store manager and staff were great help with advice on getting a great pre owned Xbox One console. Beautiful store well kept. I always prefer the larger GameStop locations as the selection of products the best. They have products that you usually can not find anywhere else other than online. I enjoy going to great stores like this location to buy products. I will probably be going to this location for more of my gaming needs. It is about 35 minutes away from my house but it is well worth the drive.
I recommend this store location to anyone wanting a great experience with GameStop.

This is by far the best GameStop store that I have ever been to!! Not only was it stocked up to the max with great games , it is loaded with a huge amount of awesome collectables!! They had just about anything Funko, lots of Pops! & Mystery Minis on the shelves! There is a much better selection of things here than any of the other local stores. It's a little further away from home for me to go to but definitely worth it in my opinion!!!! The employee behind the counter, James was so friendly and helpful!! He was abtotally awesome example of a great team member!!!! It definitely makes a shopping trip so much more pleasant when there are great employees!

Great staff extremely helpful if you’re not familiar with gaming consoles and online game play. There is a very small store in the mall make sure you come to this one selection and helpful staff.

I've been to this GameStop many times, and they have a much larger selection of physical digital games and gaming merchandise to browse and/or purchase. The service here is also very helpful and very generous; so I highly recommend checking out this location. ;)

Had an issue with my order. Purchased an Xbox One and was supposed to get a code for State of Decay on my receipt. When I got home I noticed I didn't have the code. Called back and Tom called GameStop customer service and found out GameStop somehow ran our of codes so they were no longer printing on receipts. Dude got me a code and texted me a picture of it. It was refreshing that they didn't make me come back in or hassle me...I'll def come back to this location again.

I like how you can check stock for a game online and it's always been accurate when you go to this store. When I call ahead, to double-check on limited stock games, they've even offered to hold it aside for me. Always very pleasant service.

I remember when they used to sell video games but I like all the cool toys and gadgets that they sell now.

I've been coming here since they closed another location, and I dnt hand any complaints. They helped me get a handheld system and got me started with it. Always friendly, and always greet me as I walk in.

First time visit here. This location bigger than most I have been to. Very nice and organized. Plus the friendly staff was a bonus!

The staff in this store is always extremely knowledgable, friendly, and helpful. A+ customer service. Extremely well run.
