A very friendly game stop. I've found the staff to be extremely helpful and ensuring you always are aware of the ongoing deals making sure you get the most value for your money. I dealt with a manager one day and she was super friendly and made the shopping experience great?

Had an issue with an online order but the two employees working today were awesome and hooked it up🤙

Lincoln is the most knowledgeable GameStop employee I’ve had the pleasure of interacting with in over a decade.
His information was so helpful he restored some of my faith in the company.
He has earned my repeat business and this 5 stars single handedly.

Ilaria (apologies if I spelt that wrong and she sees this!) is THEE ONLY gamestop employee that is worth their salt. She is exceptional at customer service and is the only reason I go to gamestop and rated this location 5 stars. She should own the company or at least be pulled up from the sewer that is know as the counter and given some cushion office job with a nive view. If this were the military she'd be a 4 star general after the trench warfare shes been through dealing with unruly gaming/pop culture memorabilia fans. Thank you for your service and continuing going into battle for a terrible company and being able to do so without anything but a kind smile and excellent moral.

Pre-ordered 2K23 with a months notice. Was elated when I got a call yesterday letting me know my pre-order will be here the next day (today) by 11 am.

Show up the next day (today) to pick up the game I was waiting for all day and they don’t have my pre-order. I’m confused, what is the point of a PRE-order?

Their solution was to send me to another store were they called and confirmed they had a copy. I drive across the city during rush hour to the GameStop inside the Flatirons mall and guess what? They don’t have the Championship Edition. They thought it was the standard edition, even though the SKU was read over the phone.

I drive all the way back to this store and their only other solution was to give me a standard edition of the game and come back NEXT WEEK. The game came out today.

My only other complaint is that how is it possible that I can get a phone call saying my pre order will be in. But then, when it wasn’t in I didn’t get a courtesy call?

Protocols/systems in place are not making sense. You call a customer to tell them product is here and then don’t call them when it’s actually NOT.

While this may seem like a trivial problem to you, please step into my shoes.

They resolved my issue and called me today on Sunday. I appreciate the manager taking the time and calling me.

Staff is really friendly. They have everything really organized and it made it easier for me to find all I needed. They have a big selection of items. Pokemon cards, funkos, etc. That's a really good Gamestop. I really recommend it.

This is by far the best staff I have ever experienced in a game store. Their store manager has gone above and beyond on SEVERAL occasions to ensure I get the exact products I need and even has gone as far as to reserve products she knew I wanted for me! There is no question this staff is extremely knowledgeable and caring about their products and clients. 10/5 hands down best GameStop ever ever ever!!!!!

Stop by today for a game that wasn’t in stock but the cashier was very helpful and even gave me some advice on how to get the game at the best price!!! Thank you

I have been going to this GameStop since I was 18 years old. I am 35 now. The manager lady is so beautiful. Wish I could date her. Cute accent and she loves video games just like me. She is the best manager they have had in a long time.

Big shout-out to Elatia in this store for helping my son and I receive our online gift that was purchased out of state. It could have been a hassle, but she was able to remember the transaction (from a month ago) and simplified the entire experience. Girl is pro. 👍🏻👍🏻
