Bath & Body Works

One of the more popular stores in the mall. I come several times a year to buy gifts for the wife and other female relatives. I like the foaming soaps for the kitchen (lemon) and bathrooms. Whether you get body wash, lotion, fragrances or home/car scents there are tons of different odors to chose from. Gifts from this store are always welcome. It's a win win for all. Try Japanese Cherry Blossom, a favorite.

Love their products. My daughter got a new hand sanitizer and a case for it. The staff was polite and helpful. They don't carry the shampoo or laundry detergent at this location, but the store at the shopping center across the street has it. Their candles are by far the best. You are welcome

Smells like a B&BW which is always a good sign. If I ever walk into this place and I can't smell anything, it probably means that I am dead. And of course, the staff is friendly as always. Everything is laid out nice and neat for the customers to peruse and test. I like bringing my kid here so when my back is turned she can mix 15 different scents together and come up with her own product which I would call Black Hole or La Brea Tar Pit.

Staff were very friendly and tried helping us find products that we were looking for, the sales were amazing as usual and the stands were taken care of and dusted and cleaned properly! HUGE selection of products and it stays busy because of it. Great place to stop in the mall.

This place is a scent diva's paradise! Everything was stocked up, ready for the crowds to come on in! Everything was well organized, easy to access, lots of "try me" samples available for your sniffing pleasure! There was lots of space to move around, and you could even try the soaps. The employees were so kind, definitely willing to lend a hand. The store recently changed it's return policy, so if you purchase something, make sure you have the original payment accounts (i.e. gift cards, debit cards, etc) activated to get your money back.

Always love going there, the girls are always welcoming and helpful. Bought teakwood men fragrance spray and body wash for my son, bought a variety of 4 candles that smells delicious and some aromatherapy products, all good. Will always come back 😊😁

I love the one on Citrus Park Mall, always so organized and clean. Great deals all the time for me and my daughter. Elsie was our helper today, super sweet and helpful!!

Went to get some hand gel the Young lady was very helpful and she was very nice . when I got to the cashier she was great over all love the store .

Friendly staff. I usually buy stuff for my mom here. They make sure the store isn't too crowded and following social distancing practices. The store can get very busy during sale days so fair warning! You may have to wait a little while in line to get in.

Everyone at this store is very nice and professional. My biggest and only disappointment is that for whatever reason now, they have considerably less pocket nac sanitizers on the floor than they did in the past and this is what I loved most about them, was the various scents of all the mini sanitizers. Now, it's as though they have a fourth of that amount. Very sad about that. In the past I worked at Bath and Body and it was an awesome company to work.

Always happy with selection, sales and coupons. I came in at a slower time and everything had been stocked very neatly and looked great! I had a coupon that I didnt use in store and they were kind enough to honor it with my receipt. Very grateful!

The sales people here are very nice and pleasant they are very helpful and have a smile every time I come here. Great customer service here as well

I received an email for their 50% off Aromatherapy products and HAD to take advantage! From the moment I stopped in to leaving the store after my transactionS (yes, plural!) I was treated very well by their staff! I was shown some new scenes in the line (aaaand left with some 😉🤗) and felt well taken care of during my visit. Thank you ladies for a great experience, I cant wait to return!

One of my favorite places at the mall! I could just stay and smell all the scents for hours! Their candles are the best ever. Shop the sales and use email coupons!

I love this place great to buy a present for yourself or for a friend. The store smell so good. I love everything here .

The staff is very helpful. If you ask for suggestions theyll ask for what kind of scents you prefer and they will make accurate suggestions based on that. Store is clean and are COVID conscious, making sure you shop safely

We was greeted by Ruth and she guided us for every single thing we needed and more...She was very knowledgeable with the products....We spent around 200 and worth every penny.....Ruth provided one of the best customer service that I have seen in a long time....I am a District Manager and she is the prime example of how businesses should treat there customers...I hope they pay her commission on the sale because if it wasn't for her we would of just bought a scented candle and If she doesnt I hope this review will show her company the type of employee she is and have her train other employees to be just like her.....Thank you again Ruth...

Oh it was really great, they have new scents, that are really heavenly. My sister bought me one for my birthday, when it comes. I can hardly wait to use it!!
