I see a lot of 1 stars. This woman everyone is talking about.. I’ve never seen her. I have only ever dealt with a gentleman when coming here and it’s always fun to go in here and see what they got in new etc. I love puzzles and board games, so it makes me happy there’s a store close by that caters mainly to those items. The gentleman was very helpful each time, even found us the classic board game of clue I wanted in the back! Thank you!

Really great store with all your favorite oldschool toys and games. Helpful and nice employees too. I've gone there often over the past year to buy puzzles and toys.

Nice store with good selection (we buy puzzles there frequently), but no consistent hours. They closed at 530pm today (refusing to let customers in that were standing at the door) even though the hours say they close at 6!

Go calendar. Go run. The lady usually there a little cleaner. Can't won't buy anything here.seeing those 2 people working there eating behind the counter then touching items with greasy hands . Probably why there was hardly anyone there in the store. Other workers don't see them there

My sister and I were in the store today letting our 2 year olds look at toys and we were rudely interrupted by nasty remarks given to us by the employee, telling us that we were not at a playground and that our children’s laughter was too much. Followed by eye rolls and shaking of her head. We were very polite and picked up every toy that they would set on the floor. I feel like when hiring an employee at a children’s TOY store that you should have to have a heart for children and let them be kids ESPECIALLY in a toy store. We left promptly and won’t be back.

If I could give lower, I absolutely would. I went in at 12:15 on Tuesday, July 18. I've always passed the store and really wanted to go in and look around for birthday presents for my son (who is 22 months old, mind you) and to get him a little toy to play with. He picked up a few toys and we put them back where we found them, but he found a car he wanted. However, given the price, I decided we wouldn't get it and get something else. He started doing what a typical child does and started whining and about to throw a fit. Again, LIKE A TYPICAL CHILD. I was able to calm him down, but not before the woman employee said 'Please no spaz attacks.' Excuse me? So I proceeded to tell her that he's not even 2 and his behavior is that of a 22 month old, in that he just knows he wants the car. She said it was too early for it...ma'am, it's past noon. I then told her if a child crying bothers her so much, maybe working at a toy store isn't the best place her. She just said ok, and we left.
The prices and toys from what I saw seemed great and I was really eyeing a train set, it's just a shame that someone so rude is going to drive away customers.

This lady literally just deleted my review because it makes her look bad but don’t go here she’s a rude person she made us leave the store for just shopping I’m sorry that you opened a show just to have it open don’t buy from this lady she will not appreciate it

I went in there to buy a gag gift of mini walkie talkies, but there was not price tag so i go up to this gentleman late 30's and ask how much they are. In the moat unhappy annyoed tone they could sum up, they go, "you reallyyyyyyyy domt want these..." and i say ok well how much are they? And he responds slowly "15......95..." very rude. Wouldnt he want a sale? The rest of the place seemed fine, a little cramped though
