Mom and I love this store. Today was Mom's birthday we went to Olive Garden first and then came here to walk off our meal but today they're clearance racks weren't as good as they used to be still got a good couple things.

Selection was great. Employees were helpful and cheerful. I took my cane instead of my walker so got exhausted easily. Wish there had been a bench or seat thruout the store, I could have shopped longer.

Men's department is always well stocked. Nice friendly staff.

JC Penny has really good sales. All departments. I will return to find those items I need. The staff is pleasant, attentive but you have so much to see & choose.

Great store. Quality clothes & items. Great selection. JCP Hair Salon is so professional, affordable & clean. Queenie was my stylist. She is a great listener & fulfilled all my wants for my hair with highlighting & cut. I'm so lucky to have had her. All the stylists there seemed to go out of their way to make customers happy! I will go back for sure! Great prices(sales) on fine hair products as well.

I don't really do in person shopping much anymore but when buying clothes I think it's a must. Despite the problems with help and stock shortage my JC PENNYS has a good job of being stocked and I found what I needed without too much trouble. The lady who rang me, Lucy was her name. Was helpful and polite and professional and when the sale was totalled she even found a coupon that saved me $75. Nice way to shop.

I always love jcpenney. Looking for gowns for my sister for her daughter's wedding in January. There were plenty to try.

My hairdresser Delia is excellent with hair color and cuts. She is also friendly and outgoing which makes the experience very enjoyable. If you are looking for a new hairdresser, you should definitely book your appointment with Delia (Citrus Park location) and try her out. You will not be disappointed.

My grandmother worked for JCPenney for 45 years before she retired, I grew up with JCPenney clothes , and they have always been quality clothes that lasted forever it seemed, they have the latest trends of clothing, and I still shop there and I miss my grandmother so much 💗

5 stars for Connie in the portrait department! My daughter is not easy to work with due to being a shy 3 years old and Connie made it fun and I may say hilarious to get her to take these portraits. A true professional and my family thanks you very much! Anyone who wants to take portraits of their children should experience it with connie. Take my word for it!

We are extremely grateful for Jesus @ JCPenny Citrus Park Mall. My husband went there yesterday and Jesus went above and beyond to assist my husband when he was returning a few items. His customer service skills and kindness are superior!!! Thank you Jesus!!
