My girlfriend and I drove 2 hours from Macon in hopes of buying some boots from this store. We noticed they closed at 5pm and our GPS said we’ll make it there by 4:59. After calling and telling them what we want and when we’ll arrive they pulled the boots and held the door for us to run in and make the purchase after they closed up. Excellent staff and customer service!

Unlike some other posts, I didn't have any issues with customer service. The guy that was there was very nice and helpful for me to find what I wanted. He along with the tailor helped to make sure that my pants fit the way they should. I was in and out within a reasonable time.

I do wish that they had their website up. I would like to be able to see what other things they have. When I was there they were changing some items on the self and the guy said that they were brining in some new items.

Prices were about what I would expect. I had a good customer experience and plan on going back.

The Atlanta Galls store has amazing customer service Kiki, and Robin are great. Leading them by a great example is Yolanda. These ladies helped me get what I needed and had me on my way expeditiously. They keep the time you spend here enjoyable through small talk and expedient service. I enjoyed my time being served by these ladies.

I had a great experience, the ladies were very professional and Robin def was a pleasure to encounter. They made sure the uniform fit well and I appreciate the customer service I received. Thanks
