AT&T Store

It is great to find a place that I can go in person to handle my cell phone needs. I had a-lot of trouble with my previous carrier, Seraj and Johnny provided great customer service, and helped with a quick transfer of several phone lines to AT&T. 5 out 5. Thank you!

I went into the AT&T store to see about purchasing a new phone and everyone that I came in contact with were very knowledgeable. I did not end up getting a new phone there because my original phone was still under warranty and I was able to replace it.

Entire staff is helpful and personable. From my experience they go above and behind.

Edit: This past weekend, I took up more of their time. Jeremy and Haley have been fantastic over and over.

Stopped by this location because its the closest to me, was looking for a new provider, Hector was the first person to greet me & help me with any questions i had. This place is a joy to visit! I can't thank and say as many great words to describe my experience with Trew our AT&T rep!! He was very attentive, respectful, kind, patient, and he made sure we never felt rushed the entire time he was with us! Best customer service anyone could ask for!

Awesome experience today. Went to fiber optic internet. Justin was the tech who was very knowledgeable and friendly. Maintained a professional demeanor while also engaging. I. Conversation. Anthony was the manager on site who answered all of my questions and also asked me questions. Both wanted to make sure I had a great experience- which I did. Would highly recommend AT &T just from my experience today. Good to see some people out there still genuinely care about customer service. Well done AT &T

The two gentlemen that waited on us where very kind and helped my sister and I save some money also. I am looking forward to receiving my new tablet when it comes in!! Great service! They have the ability to explain things to people like me, who are challenged by understanding all the new stuff that are available daily.

I had an absolute amazing experience with one of your managers, Lawanda! She is one of the kindest, most patient, person I have ever met. I was nervous about making changes with my current phone but she literally put my mind at ease and made me feel like family. She also gave me a solution and switched me to DIRECTV stream and internet and it was the best decision I ever made. We need more people like Lawanda in this world to make it a better place! Kiya helped my daughter and I on her 18 th birthday, and she worked with us for a lengthy time. Her amiable personality was refreshing. She went far and beyond what she needed to do/ helping us manage our devices, offering assistance on using them , and making sure we were getting the best deal!
Great Worker!!

A bit of a wait to get service, but worth it. Stephen helped me. Great customer service. He knew his stuff, extremely knowledgeable, very courteous and respectful, great listener excellent problem solver. I was outta there in 15 minutes and it was an easy fix. Also, Stephen looked my bill over to make sure I was getting the best deal and found out I could get a 15% discount and could up it to 25% with new plans coming out October 5th! I love saving money!!!!!

I've had nothing but great experiences through this store. The employees are top notched. They're knowledgeable and pleasant. The manager, Lawanda Moore is the absolute best. I've had issues with my Direct TV services and she went all out to assist us and get the issue resolved. She also got us a remarkable credit added to our account. They are the absolute best bunch of employees at this location. I would go nowhere else and would recommend to my friends and family to use this location for all of their AT&T services.

I always enjoy visiting this store! All of the employees are so willing to help and always have a smile on their face! The store manager, Lawanda is so kind and truly cares about the store, her employees and all the customers that visit. No matter who you work with at this store, the experience should be wonderful - they really set the bar high for customer experience at this store and you can tell the employees love what they do!

Patrick was absolutely amazing! He addressed all my issues and was very patient. I live in Troy and I come to this location and I receive excellent customer service every time!

Wade made our experience great! His customer service skills and knowledge were top notch. Stopped in the store to see about upgrading our phones. A couple days later, when we were ready to pull the trigger, the phones were sold out. Wade was sure to keep in contact with us and notified us the next day when their shipment arrived. Now proud owners of the latest model. Thanks again Wade!
