Took a friend to pick out a switch lite and accessories. The gentleman and young lady were so very kind, patient, and communicative. The guy was the main one helping us, but the woman was engaging with us as well. Very customer focused. And they were willing to make the moment right on an unrelated transaction. I pre ordered my Mortal Kombat 11, months ago online and chose this store for pick up, because it is close to me. I've been here a couple times a few years ago when I purchased the PS4 for my husband. I came in told him I was there to pick up my game, he asked for my number and I had my game and a free face mask in seconds. Also bought the warranty, excellent customer service!

They are ripping people off with trade-ins I would always get a quote online before I go and when I go they say that’s wrong? I went to another game stop and they gave me the exact quote that I got at home. Store is good but don’t do trade-ins here.

I can honestly say this is the best GameStop I've ever been to. The guys that been working there throughout the years have always provided me with exceptional customer service as well as helpful advice and information.

Extremely helpful two days in a row when the gamestop next to NRG stadium had a major **** up with something very expensive I bought. Helped me switch it out, no questions or bs. The other store really made me angry to the point this company probably won't get any more of my money, but if I shop at gamestop again, it will definitely be at this location over the other one.

Their Funko pop inventory was so impressive I saw from anime, cartoon, army and a Ron of exclusive pops. They also had a lot of Pokemon merch which honestly impressed me. The lady there was so nice and helpful, she reminded me when my membership was going to expire and when can I renew it. Overall so good.

I feel ever since Paige made it to the store it has improved tremendously. Every time I walk in she’s always so welcoming. She’s got enough patience to answer questions and make really great recommendations.

I really enjoyed looking into my bag today after purchasing some games to find a list of games that soon to release. I didn’t even have to ask, and that small gesture is what keeps me going back to GameStop.

I do believe that Paige has really change the dynamics of the store. She can handle customers as they walk in, and assist those already inside.

She has a personal touch with each customer, and that is what makes her such a great person to work with.

They did not have the switch pro contoller I was looking for, but were able to educate me on which controllers to avoid when looking online. Thank you for looking out for a fellow gamer! I will be back to shop soon!
