Really nice place and great customer service. Also gave me the highest price out of 3 other stores for my used iPhone. Would definitely sell to them again.

They are having a Christmas sale right now that is out of this world. I’m glad I happen to run into it. John explained everything very well and gave comfort to any concerns I had. I’ve never bought a used phone, but I thought I’d give it a shot. Engi also put on my screen protector perfectly. Awesome people.

So long story short- my old phone started smoking and fried itself!:( I was desperate for a good phone but I also needed a phone fast. I went to The Phone Exchange based on a recommendation and they have excellent deals and excellent service. Daniel helped me right away and within 30 (very worth it) minutes I had a working phone at a good price! Nothing wrong with refurbished if it works! I will be going back.

Engi made my experience here awesome and I would highly recommend The Phone Exchange to anyone who wants to get a good cell phone at a good price. She was very knowledgeable in helping me find the cell phone I was looking for and at the price I wanted. I also had some phones for sale and she told me the price they would offer as well as showed me what other cell phone companies were offering. Engi transferred all of my data from the old phone to the new one she sold to me flawlessly. The main reason I love The Phone Exchange is because of the staff. Engi is someone that is kind, personable, knowledgeable, and most of all trustworthy. I didn't feel rushed or pressured to buy or sell, and I left the store with confidence and assurance that I found the best place to do with business with when purchasing and selling phones.

Daniel assisted us with a new phone and done an excellent job. He was very patient and helped us to the max!! Would highly reccomend them if you need a new phone.

Engi is the best! I am so thankful for her, she helped me for 3 hours backup all my lost photos since 2012! I forgot all of my information and surprisingly she managed to find my passwords and back up all of my lost emails, social media accounts, and restored my old phone from my old iCloud. She also managed to transfer all of data to this new phone as well! Bless your heart and I thank you for your time.

Daniel was amazing I went in there because Boost never told me that I was going to pay to have my phone in frozen and I was there and help me for free. Just explained a lot of things that way I could’ve froze and what I need to change I couldn’t have had a better experience everybody go here if you get a chance I need help with your phone.
