Idk how they have a low review score.
I've lived around the top rated pharmacies.
Finding these lovely ladies at this pharmacy was like a dream come true.
They hustle. You'll never see them not working their butts off, quickly, efficiently & amazingly friendly...all at the same time.
I should have reviewed sooner. Allow me to apologize.
They're seriously impressive at this location.

Miserable service! They let the phones ring on and on. Then they hang up on you.
They need to hire more people.
Should I ever get my Rx this will be the last time I rely on this incompetently run business.
I wonder how many people have died as a result of delays in getting their Rx.

Do not waste your time. They are either severely understaffed or completely incompetent. I’ve tried calling about a prescription refill for TWO days straight now and the phone just rings off the hook. I called the Winn-Dixie store manager and she basically just said to call back again. I don’t understand how a pharmacy operates without answering the phone smh

The RUDEST man I have ever dealt with. Unfortunately this wasn’t just a one time event either. Our insurance covers Winn Dixie but my family has decided to pay extra just not to deal with Bob.

The hiring manager is so rude didn’t even let me ask any questions about the job and just hanged up on me, I just wanted to ask a couple of question about the job and she was extremely rude and I just didn’t even bother calling back

Rude AF, just like the Fishhawk location. Moving all mine out of the store.
