The pharmacy is very good. A good amount of the patient’s that get rx here, are extremely rude. This Walgreens has a very large retirement community, with many of them verbally abusive to the overworked employees

This location is very accessible and easy to find. Staff are very welcoming and knowledgeable about the store items. This store has become my favorite for all my personal items needs. I highly recommended this store.

vacation from another state. Was told prescription refill would be ok at any Walgreens. Never doing this before was a little scared not getting medicine needed. After reading reviews, really scared. We went there and there were 3 people ahead of us. Moved quickly. They were so kind and no problem whatsoever. In and out in 10 min.. picked up next day . Waited 5 min., Anxiety for no reason. Great place. Friendly people.

Sent my prescription in electronically to Walgreens on Big Bend in Riverview. Was told it would be ready at 9 am the next day. About 845 tonight I realized I would be struggling without my nerve medicine until the next morning. So I called the store on Big Bend to ask him if there was anyway possible to get it tonight. My calls started at 8:45 PM. I called six times, every call I was cut off around the three minute 15 second mark. I did get through one time only to be hung up on. Then disconnected on the other calls. I realized there was a 24 hour pharmacy in Sun City Center, so I called there. They picked up on the first try, I explained my situation, she told me start heading on over will have it ready in 15-20 minutes. I will now be getting my prescriptions filled in Sun city Center. By the way this is not the first time they have been extra caring and nice and accommodating. I will be able to get relief tonight. I didn’t get the name of the woman who answered the phone but if you read this and remember my call, just know that I am extremely grateful that I will not have to suffer for 12 or 13 more hours. I truly thank you for answering the phone and understanding my situation.

PEGGY is the Bomb! She has Super patience dealing with disgruntled people daily all because they didn't make an appointment to be vaccinated in the Pharmacy. She's knowledgeable and has a great attitude. I really enjoyed the small encounter I had with her and she gave me a bit of inspiration as it relates to dealing with mean spirited. She said just keep smiling ultimately I know our team is making a difference! Thanks for your service of 18 years Rockstar!!!

Dont listen to these other reviews I've seen with my own two eyes how rude those customers are to the ladies in that pharmacy and they seem to just keep trucking through to get the job done.

Decided to walk over to this Walgreens with my family and get drinks, and this older gentleman had stopped to talk to our children. When we get to the checkout he was super nice and put a smile on both of our kids faces. I believe he was a manager, but regardless of whoever he is, I want to say thank you sir!

The entire team was friendly and attentive. The CSA Jacqueline was phenomenal in her role.

She was kind, went above and beyond in her attentiveness and concern towards customers and employees. She genuinely enjoys her job and is clearly great at it. She has the most potential I have seen in any CSA in years.

She is not only management material but could easily run her own store soon.

The bottom line is customer care and she exudes that!

Get in line cause Jacqueline has got you taken care of!

Just want to thank the Walgreens Store in Sun City Center, and the Pharmacy Dept.
This store is the friendliest, and most efficient of any drug store I have dealt with in the past.
They are so well organized and so eager to make it easier for me to get prescriptions and information.
Thank you staff of Walgreens for making the customer your goal. It is a joy to do business with you.
